Through my Lowe’s protection plan, this company was supposed to come out and fix my whirlpool fridge when the water dispenser as well as the ice dispenser, stopped working. The first time they came, they looked at the light that was on, and just told my husband that the filter needed to be replaced. So My Husband sent them on their way. He did not know that I had already replaced the filter. The people didn’t even check to really see if that was the problem. The next time they were supposed to come, they didn’t even show up. When I called Lowe’s both numbers that they had for the company did not work.
Description of Work: Second time they didn’t even show up. First time they were supposed to fix my fridge, because the water and ice dispenser was not working. They did not fix it.

I purchased LG refrigerator from FRYS in 5/2016 and purchased an extended warrant for five years. Currently, 15 days ago my fridge got bad and not cooling down, called frys, they called this company with whom they have a contract for extended warranty unfortunately and Frys is using this company first time. Technician came in next few days and ordered temperature sensor control which they had to order from LG. I made at least 10-12 phone calls and the owner is super rude, most time no one picked up the call, when they picked up they told me to give me an update and never received a single call, left VM five times, they never called me back. Just as of now, called in the morning but no one picked up. Couple of days ago, I went to frys in Irving, the manager Hector was aware of this situation and he was nice enough to give me loaner fridge until my fridge gets fixed, it was delivered yday. I am still waiting for a phone call to get an ETA when they will come and fix my fridge. I HAVE PURCHASED ALL MY ELECTRONICS AND MANY HOUSEHOLD ITEMS FROM FRYS AND LOVES IT. I AM SURPRISED HOW COME FRYS GOES WITH SUCH A BAD COMPANY FOR EXTENDED WARRANT. AGAIN EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM FRYS BUT THIS DIVERSIFIED RESIDENTIAL IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE, GARBAGE COMPANY IN TERMS OF EVERYTHING - CUSTOMER SERVICES, EFFICIENCY, PUNCTUALITY, TIME MANAGEMENT - I WISH I COULD PUT NEGATIVE REVIEWS - AVOID IT, AVOID IT, AVOID IT.

Service person came to our house. Suppose to handle Haier small appliances. Came and looked at it on time. Collected their $95.00,,,,,said they would call back with parts pricing. Never called back. Call them three times, and left messages, last time was hung up on. Called Haier Company and let them know how this company. Did not think they should be considered a Haier repair distributor for them. Won't use them again. Haier is giving me a new company to call on.

repairman showed up on time, charged $95.00 and said would be back the following Wednesday,never showed,never called. When I tried to call ,the call went to voice mail ,I left a message which was never returned. I tried Texting which got a "we will call you when the parts get here" response,never called.

Mark Lawrance was very friendly and knowledgeable on his troubleshooting the problem with my machine. They will be calling to let me know the cost of the part and he let me know what to expect. I appreciated Marks time and knowledge on our problem. So far so good in the process of this repair. Thank you!!

Had to use them because the Home Depot warranty company has an agreement with this company to repair the appliances under their extended warranty program. First appointment was a phone call rather than coming out to diagnose the problem in person, but I was required to take off work to be home so someone over the age of 18 could be at the property. The second appointment involved the technician leaving in the middle of the repair & leaving it to me to reschedule with the office staff. Third visit was the same tech figuring out that the "Phone Call Diagnosis" was wrong & another part having to be ordered. Forth appointment was finding out that diagnosis was wrong also & the machine was un-repairable. I am now battling with the warranty company because the DR Services lied to warranty company saying I damaged the machine with physical abuse after a supposed 5th appointment that I was never told. If that was truly the case, that would not have required 4 separate appointments to come to that conclusion. Beyond the fact of them lying and failing to simple do their contracted jobs, the phone interactions are unprofessional & the email contact was never answered. I am currently seeking legal help to resolve my situation. If you are spending your own money, higher anyone else. This company will lie & waste/steal your time.

My home warranty (Nation's Home Warranty) scheduled my refrigerator repair with Diversified. When I called Diversified directly 3 hours later to get an ETA, as instructed by Nations, Jerry answered his phone and was immediately rude (I guess because he was working and I interrupted him?), he said, "I'm working as hard as I can." Told me "you will hear from someone when we get to you....accused me of trying to jump protocol?!" When I tried to explain that I was given his number to check in with him directly, he only escalated his verbal abuse, he started screaming and became threatening. I called Nation's back to let them know that I didn't feel safe to have this person come to my home and that I needed to be reassigned. Note Nations didn't show much concern either, I had to follow up with them ANOTHER 3 hours later...

THEY ARE THE WORST. THE WORK WASN'T DOE. SEE INFO ABOVE.
Description of Work: This is the worst and most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. They were assigned to fixer my dryer by American Home Shield. I spoke to a female yesterday and she said the window would be between 8-10 or 9-11, which is what I needed. Today, someone called my husband and I and said it would be between 10-12. He was very rude and said that it wasn't possible that someone promised what they did. Both of us thought he was very rude and curt. I called the office to talk to the same person and got Jerry on the phone, who was the same person who my husband and I had talked to earlier. I explained what I had been told and again, he said that didin't happen. He wouldn't let me talk and began yelling at me. I asked him to listen to what I had to say, but he kep yelling. He told me I could find someone else to do my work. I told him I would call AHS and let them know. He agin said I could find someone else to do the work and they could come when I needed them to. It had to be 10-12. I needed my dry fixed so said I would be ther, but he said forget it. They wouldn't come. I called AHS to tell them what happened and they said that Jerry had called and that he said he would come from 8-10 and I said no. He said I was very rude. This is so untrue. I tollk off work to be at my house. If they had said they would come from 8-10, there wouldn't have been a problem. DO NO USE THIS COMPANY. NOT ONLY DO THEY YELL AT THEIR CUSTOMERS, THEY LIE ALSO.
