"We sincerely apologize for the dropped call. We don't believe that it was intentional and regret that it occurred. When calls come in they are answered by our receptionist and during high volume times, we have two additional people that answer the calls. The calls are then routed to the appropriate departments (service, estimating, new construction). For general plumbing repairs and maintenance, calls are routed to the service department. A repair to a water heater would require a service technician to diagnose and repair. We charge for our service calls, and we require our customer service representatives to quote rates to every potential customer. Larger, more complicated jobs often require a site visit in advance and are routed to the estimating department. For example, if a water heater needs to be replaced, an estimator will schedule an appointment to visit the residence and provide an estimate at no charge. Whenever someone requests to speak to an estimator, our customer service representatives will transfer callers to one of our estimators. They are quite often out of the office doing estimates, so you may have reached their voicemail. They do return voice messages when they return to the office. We apologize for any misunderstanding or miscommunication on our part."
