Jordan was awesome and patient! Jordan was also very knowledgeable, and informative! The installers were very efficient and friendly!

Erik and Cody were the ones to assist me. They were fantastic and patient with me, especially in my time of need as the last big wind storm we had greatly damaged my roof.

Blake & Brian came and explained everything for my roof. It was in bad shape and they showed me a lot that other roofers missed. I knew the others seemed too good to be true and missed a ton of stuff. Blake & Brian worked hard to make it affordable and fit within my budget. Super excited to get my roof replaced by an amazing contractor

Eric R and Brandon F did a fantastic job. They took the time to show me what I needed. Thier attention to detail and explaining everything to me with pictures as proof was very nice. They had good suggestions on working on the roof instead of the siding as the roof was much worse.

So far great experience, but they haven't started project just yet. Three weeks out before project starts.

The last thing I wanted to hear as a new home owner was that my roof was actively leaking and needed attention right away. Tyler and Troy did a fantastic job of not only telling me what the problems were, but showing me what they found. I consider myself pretty handy, but admittedly know next to nothing about roofing. They took the time to help educate along the way, which I really appreciated! I felt confident and comfortable with the investment after our meeting. They were able to help me find the financing that fit my project, and my budget. They have continued to stay in touch through each step as we we near construction day. I will update my review after the project is completed, but if the project itself reflects the experience I have had thus far there is no doubt I will still report a 5 star review. Dustin and Troy came to our new house in Weiser to inspect our roof and talk about its condition and what we might do or not do. They showed up on time, which made me happy. They seemed to be polite and energetic young men. They explained what they were going to do and then they did it. After inspecting the roof, they came inside crawl through the attic taking pictures. They told us what they found and what we needed to do if we want toâ no pressure, no gimmicks, and so far no problems. We decided to replace the roof, so Dustin took us through the whole process of what, when, how much, and did it with a smile! Troy was there to keep Dustin in line and make sure he got it right. Both men were pleasant to work with, and fun to talk to. They seemed to know their business, and as I have been in construction most of my life, I was happy.

DaBella Ext. representatives Troy and Dustin scheduled an appointment to talk about roofing our house. First, they were on time. Both were highly informative, not pushy and answered all our questions. We were impressed by their knowledge, thoroughness and demeanor. Both are very personable and knowledgeable, and it was refreshing to work with them. They were respective of our house, taking off their shoes to not track in dirt.

There was a total lack of communication. Project was two months overdue. We had to have areas redone and porches leaked with the first rain.

The Debella team did an amazing job. Dustin came out after the windows were installed and made sure we were happy. Dustin made us feel like we are family. I recommend Dustin and his team.

Never did receive the Life Time warranty in writing as a promise.
