Description of Work: Water in toilet bowl would disappear. Cody & Sons found that the fill tub for the fill valve was not hooked up correctly. They fixed the problem in a timely and professional manner. Will hire again in the future.

Description of Work: We had a toilet that needed the operating system to be replaced and we had him check 2 other toilets in the process because the other 2 where about the same age and they recommended that we change them out so we had them do that as well.

Description of Work: "My experience with Cody & Sons was A-1 from start to finish. They contacted me in a timely fashion for the initial interview. The day of the service I was greeted by a professional verifying my address and informing me of their ETA. The technician was prompt, professionally attired, donned shoe covers upon entering my home, performed an extra step in the 32-point HVAC checkup and showed me the source of the problem before continuing with the repair. The fix didn't take long and he even gave me an estimate of how long it would be before I would feel cool and comfortable in the July heat with my newly repaired AC. I must admit, I've been spoiled by this first encounter with an Angie's List service provider. My second encounter with a svc provider has not gone nearly as smoothly and I've requested a refund for lack of service. |Be careful when you send Cody & Sons to the rescue; they're a tough act to follow! "
