The plumber came promptly, did a thorough review of my old water Heater, made his recommendations and returned the next day and installed a new one. He did exactly what he said he'd do.

I called them because i had used them before and was impressed. James and Aaron arrived ready to go and got right to work. The work took a little less time than estimated. They cleaned up after they finished. The price was competitive. When the inspector came, I mentioned that I was very pleased with the work, and he said that he has heard many good things about the company. I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to friends. By the way, they are very nice, which puts icing on the cake.

These will be my go to guys for all plumbing repairs going forward.

They are very professional, and responsive to all of our calls. They provide details about problems, and discuss possible options. Most recently, we had water gushing from our tankless system after the ice storm and had to turn off the water. They came out very quickly and checked it out. They installed a new system shortly after and it has worked fine. They encountered some difficulties with the old setup, and had to replace more than just the unit. They did a good job, and showed us how to use and care for the unit. We also used them previously to change the faucets around the outside of the house. We needed some changes to allow for a faucet and meter that were too low in the ground. They also added a faucet to one side of the house, and and updated the existing ones around the house. We originally called them because we had a leak under the house, and needed to have it fixed. They resolved the problem quickly and was it reasonably priced.

at work, diligently repairing what I feared would be a costly job on an upstairs toilet. I use to be a teacher, and I must say that I love it when everybody does what they are suppose to do. Both M s were professional in every way. The M who I stayed with repaired an outdoor faucet that was leaking a small river. I feared a broken pipe, but no such problem. I don't know how to correctly explain the repair needed, but the least expensive way was the first approach. Part of the wood had to be cut away from the side of the house to determine the source of the leak. This was done neatly, with as little damage to the wood as possible. The wood was replaced carefully, and no damage was evident from the cutting. Unfortunately the wood is rotten at the end where the water damaged it. My house and yard are not neat and clean, but their was no judgment or comments made about the condition of things. These guys were gentlemen as well as trusted professionals. I was completely satisfied with their work, the cost, their professionalism, and anything else I might have failed to mention. When I call this company again for the next "this darn house" dilemma, I will definitely request M and M. They were a pleasure doing business with, and I am proud to take the time to write this review to tell other Angie List users who they may trust, feel comfortable with, and enjoy the visit of those who really came to our rescue when we feared the worst. This is a good company. They are all straight-up guys, but my money goes to M and M every time. I recommend these guys to the Hall of Fame or whatever it is called.

There was a gas leak somewhere in a 30' line going from my house to an outdoor grill. Cody's man suggested relocating the line above ground to avoid digging. His $800 estimate was 20-50% below several competitors, even some that did not include digging labor. I received a professional, written estimate. I scheduled the work three months later with no hassles. They arrived on time and work was completed promptly. It looked very good overall. My only complaint is that the placement of the gas line should have been moved a few inches because the hot grill hood now touches the gas line when the grill is open. It would be difficult to foresee this, and I didn't notice until cooking weeks later. However a thoughtful plumber might have planned around this issue this so I dinged them from A to B in Quality and Professionalism. This is minor and overall my experience was excellent, especially when compared to other plumbers.

The Cody people visited 3 or 4 times to complete the analysis, design, and installation of supply and drainage piping for the conversion of a second-floor Jack-and-Jill bathroom into two separate baths. The revision involved removal of a bathtub and old toilet and replacement with two showers and two new toilets. (Other contractors assisted with the demolition of old walls and reconstruction of the new.) Since there was adequate supply service and drainage already available, the Cody plumbers installed drainage piping for the new showers and toilets along with supply lines to the two new shower valves (that we supplied) and toilet supply valves. At the beginning, we established a firm estimate for the cost of the work to be done. After each visit, they generated a progress invoice for the day's services, and the total cost was as projected. Very professional service. Splitting a Jack-and-Jill bathroom is fairly easy when located on a second floor. If the project is located on a slab, there would be construction headaches involving jackhammering and relocating both supply lines and drains. But in our case, the added utility of having the extra bathroom made the decision worthwhile (not to mention the added house value!).

I was given a ballpark estimate on the phone and they scheduled a time to perform a formal estimate. Two men arrived at the scheduled time, evaluated the job and provided a writen estimate that was close to the ballpark estimate. It was more than I want to spend so I am seeking additional estimates at the moment. The estimate was done professionally and timely. They left a good impression that they were capable and willing to do the work when I was ready and the pitch was low pressure. If I find a better estimate I do plan to offer them the chance rebid because they came out first and did everything right to this point.

They did an excellent job on the work. They gave me an estimate in advance that was accurate. They made two visits and on the second one they didn't come when they said they would. But overall I was happy with their work. My only hesitation in calling them again is the high cost. I felt like their fees were on the high side. I wouldn't call them for something minor, but I would for something big and important.

I cannot say enough about the guy that came to do the work at my house. He was on time and took care to make as small a hole as possible in my bathroom wall. He explained what he was going to do before he did it and cleaned up well after the fact. The really impressive part came on his way out when I mentioned that I needed to have him come back and look at a leaky spray hose in my sink. Although he was already packed up and I had already paid, he looked under the sink and tried to do a quick repair on the spot. When it was clear that we'd need replacement parts, he searched for the faucet on his phone, called the faucet company and explained the parts that I would need and told them that they should be covered by the faucet maker (even though it was a few years old). HE DID ALL OF THIS AFTER HE LEFT - IN BETWEEN HIS OTHER JOBS. I was so grateful, you just don't experience that level of service very often. In the future, I will call these guys without a second thought.

I called them around 8:30am and they were there fixing the problem within 2 hours of my call. Did exactly what needed to be done and didn't oversell anything.

They're good, they did quick service, that was what we needed when we had a major water leak. We had several different things done in the house and they've always been good. Overall they have very fair price and good service. They are good in making appointments and they usually get here quickly. Overall they are very good.

Cleared hot water lines in bathroom and kitchen, installed new drain plug for bathtub, did cosmetic pipe repair/work in bathtub water supply, misc. services. This was performed on Monday. They were originally scheduled for Friday, but rescheduled to handle other emergencies due to ice storm in city. Let us know in plenty of time and apologized for the delay. Arrived prompt and as scheduled on Monday.

found a small leak behind the range and replaced a part.

I was replacing tile in the Master Bath around the Jacuzzi tub. They needed to come to the house twice. Once to remove the tub plumbing fixtures, and then reconnect the tub plumbing fixtures. (i.e. - Golan Homes, Golan Contruction, now call Golan Properties) who installed them when the house was built.

Called them after reading great reviews on Angie's list. They came that day and had all the parts on their truck. As I am retired and on a fixed income they jumped right on it and worked as quickly as possible to help with the cost. They fixed everything and were totally professional and so sweet to me. Had a super great experience and would give them an A+ ..

Very responsive and job was completed quickly. Everything was removed and sites were cleaned up. Did what they said they would do. Very good job. Highly recommend this company.

If you ever need plumbing assistance, this should be your "go-to" company. Do not worry about leaving a message - they WILL return the call as quick as they can and in my experience, that's pretty darned quick - each and every time. They are knowledgable and fast! No "head-shaking" and "well I don't know" with these guys. They are "can do" guys with positive and friendly attitudes. Given the extremely high quality of service, their speed and expertise, I was very surprised (delighted) at their reasonable rates. I simply can't imagine calling anyone else for plumbing assistance. You can trust these guys.

Everything completed professionally. Quality work done on time. The job required replacing 3 hole faucets from the back of the tub/shower. Not easy but done well. Did excellent clean up.

The guys were able to get their drain snake to a clog in a very difficult drain line arrangement. Patiently and by trial-and-error fed the snake into a blind cross junction where two drain lines meet. I had tried do it with my auger and had given up. Phillip and Mike called before the visit as promised, showed up on time, and were very conscientious of the of the interior of the home. Best contractor I've hired in a while.

The men, Phillip and Aaron, were there early. They did provide a 30 minute "heads-up" call as I requested. The job didn't really need two men. Phillip was experienced and skilled and easy to talk with. I asked him for details and options. He provided them. Felt comfortable with the decision to do the smallest repair to fix the specific issue. The actual work took much less than an hour. The parts were a 2 foot piece of 1/2 copper and two sweat couplings. The repair charge was a flat rate. $250 was far too much money for this particular repair. Time and materials (and if necessary, a trip charge) should have been used in fairness to me. I would use them again on a larger job where the pricing is likely to be fairer. Phillip and Aaron were commendable - I'd ask for them by name.
