I called their office on 3-13 to schedule an appointment for the following day. One of the plumbers called & said they could come earlier. I think they were here about 1 1/2 hours.

Excellent. James called to come early. He was prompt, courteous and professional. He used the cloth socks to cover his shoes. He diagnosed the problems quickly and took his time to make sure all issues were resolved to my satisfaction. He replaced all items under each sink and left each area as clean as before. I have not been satisfied with the last with plumbing companies used. This was a pleasant and good experience. I finally found a plumbing company that deserves an "A+" rating. The price was reasonable for the services rendered. I highly recommenmd that you consider using this company. Check Angie's and BBB ratings for the well deserved ratings.

Called and got an estimate from them over the phone and their price was very reasonable (for plumbers) compared to Ernie's Plumbing that had come out and gave me an estimate that was ridiculous almost twice as much, and plumber from Ernie's acted like he didn't want to be bothered with such a small job. Thankfully I found Bill Cody & Sons, they called the next day that they were on their way (this was not an emergency) which was a day earlier than they said they would come but that was great for me. Came in and quickly performed the job and did so for price quoted.Used their Angie's List coupon and got the 10% off. Plumber was nice and courteous even while my 3 year old was telling him "hi" over and over again. We are very satisfied with their work (even though we have not gotten to use the tub yet). We are now waiting to get another quote from them to install our drain kit in our new tub since we are ready to have it installed. We would recommend Bill Cody & Son Plumbing to everyone. We have been in our house 2 years and have had to use several other companies including Benjamin Franklin, Baker Brothers and another small plumbing company I can not even remember the name of (that's how much I was not impressed with them) and Bill Cody & Sons have impressed us the most so far.

Never again! They did what was essentially $200.00 worth of work and charged us over a thousand dollars and did not include the electrical work required to properly complete the job. We were forced to coordinate the electrician and that came with an additional charge. The solution they put in place was not even close to the one we wanted. Avoid this outfit like they had the plague.

Great experience. Scheduled for same day, called before they arrived and solved the plumbing issue for reasonable price. Will definitely use again.

Very good. Scheduling appointment was easy and accommodating. They came a little later than promised but only about a half hour. Plumber was very courteous and professional. Gave me estimate before work, which was right on.

The night of our moving, we found out that we had no hot water. Called on Saturday morning for service and was informed that they were all booked. However, they called me back as soon as they had a plumber available. Antonio came within 30 minutes. However when he showed up, water heater started working again. Antonio was very professional, friendly, informative, and very helpful to answer all the questions we had. We will definitely call Cody and Sons again for all our future plumbing and hvac problems.

The work was done quickly and professionally. When they were slightly delayed due to some complication at another job, they kept me updated regarding their expected arrival time, something I really appreciated. I have already recommended them to a friend.

He worked for almost 3hrs and the faucet spout that he was replacing was never correctly installed and he still charged me full price. You have to pay up front. I was not very pleased with the service. He said I would have to buy another faucet spout and have him come back out and get charged again by him full price.

The toilet stopped working on Friday night. I called Saturday morning. James arrived exactly 25 minutes after he said he would and called before coming. James was well groomed, friendly, courteous and appeared knowledgeable when explaining problem, proposed correction and preventative maintenance. He explained everything prior to taking each step. This was done without my necessarily requiring or asking for it ahead of time. He took the time to answer any questions about future services I might need. He never seemed in a hurry. I was definitely impressed with the service and would most definitely call again.

The repair person's name is Brad Cody and he made sure we understood everything he was going to do. Due to weather warming up my mother said she didn't need furnace on so Brad didn't turn the floor furnace on. But he said if we decided later that we needed the floor furnace to be turned on he would come back and turn it on free of charge. The company showed up at on time for work. Brad checked everything out and explained what was involved and then gave us a quote. He checked out my mother's stove for her to make sure there were not leaks inside the oven or around the burners. I thought that was very nice of him to do and to think of it. I sure didn't think about having stove checked out. He might have to do that anyway as part of the process but I liked that he did it and showed me that it was working okay. Cody and Sons Plumbing may not always be the cheapest bid but their work is exceptional. In this case, their bid was $500 less than the other companies and they preformed excellent work. They were on time, courteous, well informed about the gas leak situation and walked us through the entire process.

I was delighted when I called on the fifth and the friendly lady on the phone told me she could have someone out the next morning. Mike arrived right on time and went to work. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained the problem and the fix he proposed and also the approximate cost and even mentioned that this would be before my Angie's List/senior discount. ( I had mentioned this on the phone when I called to request service. ) I told Mike as he was leaving that I belived I had found myself a new plumber; I will definitely call Cody Plumbing again.

I was very pleased with their work and will definitely use them again. They called to say when they were on their way so I would know when to expect them. They flushed and snaked the drains and made sure they were working properly. They even made me aware of a small leak I had under my kitchen sink that I had not noticed before. Since I'm planning on making some changes in my kitchen we left it for now since it is only a small leak. Overall I think they did a great job and was really impressed to get a thank you note from them a few days later appreciating my business.. Don't get many of those these days. I've already recommended them to my friends.

I have used this company before and had another great experience with them. Everyone was very helpful, from the person i spoke with on the phone to schedule the appointment to Phillip, the plumber, who came out and did the work. They were easy to work with, friendly and never rushed through. I was very glad that they could schedule the work for a Saturday morning so I didn't have to miss work. Phillip gave me good suggestions on installing a line for a gas grill and offered to take care of any other issues we might have, on the spot.

I needed a gas line installed in my kitchen so I could finally switch from an electric range to gas. I got four bids and one estimate gave me a lower price, but I liked the Cody and Sons rating on Angie's List and I liked Phillip, who came to give me the estimate. He seemed to really know what he was doing and I signed on the spot. We scheduled the work for the Monday following, which was yesterday, and Phillip and Aaron were in and out in three short hours. I could not believe the speed, efficiency, and cleanliness of their work. Also, the owner called on Saturday to confirm they would be here Monday and Phillip called on Monday morning to let me know he was on the way. All these things are very important to me, and I will certainly use them again when I next need a plumber.

We were in need of a new water heater. Our home was built in 1952 and the water heater's placement, on a shelf above the washer/dryer, inside the kitchen, was no longer in code. Bill Cody & Sons did a nice job of moving the supply lines and gas line to our garage. The workers were pleasant, polite and professional. The work was done expeditiously and both areas in which they worked were left very clean. We have been customers of Bill Cody & Sons for over 15 years. I would recommend them without hesitation.

After calling several companies, I chose Bill Cody & Sons after seeing many favorable reviews. They listened and suggested that I first call the City of Dallas to see if repairs should be done on the City's part. After the City of Dallas inspection, I still needed professional work done so I called Bill Cody and Sons. They came out promptly and explained what had to be done before they did the work. They were honest and told me the price up front and what would be needed to address the situation in the future. I would definitely call them again.

They were courteous and professional. There was a change in the order and they explained it to me before doing it. Altogether a good experience.

They did excellent work. They did a whole lot of things, and we were pleased with all of it. I have used him twice now, and I will use him again.

This is about the 5th time I've used Cody and Sons, and they are awesome. We had a couple little issues and they came right back and made everything perfect. They are extremely professional and customer service oriented, you will enjoy working with them!

Got call and email later in day but no good response from this company. I will not call again.

Had Bill Cody and Sons out twice for service. Both times punctual, friendly and knowledgeable. taking the time to explain everything and in a way I could understand easily. Price was very fair. Each time I called. my call was returned promptly and very friendly as well. Would recommend their services for home and business, and would absolutely use again,

Very quick and professional. After a month the outside faucet froze and the pipe they replaced froze and blew a hole. They came back out and replaced it again. I expected to pay much more than I did for the second visit considering it wasn't anything wrong with the job they did the first time. Only charged me for the part and a very small fee for their time. Very pleased with the service and the professionalism.

After calling to inquire about replacing frost "required " outdoor faucets -told by another plumbing company- I made an appoint for the next day in the AM. The guys showed up- explained I needed new faucets, not freezeproof-but some anti-siphon thing- cost $8 at home depot- got the parts- cut the brick, sealed, and did some interior stuff- drains in 2 sinks, garbage disposal, -all for the supposed cost of the 2 frost proof faucets "needed" by code from the other plumbing company-which BTW I did not need by code. Great service-great job and got a thank you card for doing business with them.Thanks guys!!!
