Description of Work: Great folks. The scheduler was efficient and professional. The guys showed up right on time (texted and called before), fixed my 2 dripping faucets in less than an hour. I used a $25 discount from their web site. |I'm extremely satisfied.

They were excellent. We really liked him. He was very, very helpful. The price was very, very reasonable. The crew was really nice and the owner of the company came out in person. He went through the house and then sat down with my husband to discuss it. They did a great job. I would recommend them highly and I would absolutely use them again.
Description of Work: We used C&C Slab Leaks and Plumbing to research a slab leak we had. They determined that it wasn't in the slab. They located some plumbing lines that we didn't know existed in the house. They had been leaking and they got them all repaired.

The job was unsatisfactory and I feel I was over charge. I was disappointed with the service. He installed more pipes and tried to charge me more for that. He gave me an estimate for about $2,200 and we ended up paying $4,000.

I'm sorry there is disappointment with the service. We pride ourselves in customer satisfaction and would have addressed any issues or concerns had we been notified. The job was done in November on 2009. There was a written estimate submitted through (Member's name removed) contractor for 2670.00 that included installing a tankless water heater, rerouting the hot and cold water lines to tankless location in attic, and running a gas line to the tankless location in the attic, Before any work began additional work was added of removing gas grill and capping gas line and rebuilding a shower valve. Again a written estimate with cost and scope of work was submitted that also noted that if when testing the gas leaks were found there would be an additional cost to repair and the was signed by (Member name removed) for $3145.00. There were leaks on the existing gas and we charged an additional $365.00 for repair which totaled $3510 for all work. No work was completed without prior approval. We have done plumbing calls for (Member name removed) since that were all less than $225 and at no time did she express any dissatisfaction.

The team was very professional and punctual throughout the process. I have absolutely no doubts about the quality of their work. Their prices are very fair.
Description of Work: We had extensive foundation repairs completed on our home. A plumbing leak test was performed after the foundation repairs were complete. A leak was detected. I immediately contacted C & C (as I have used them for small repairs for years) and a representative was scheduled to come out and identify the leak location. Once the evaluation was complete, the representative discussed his findings with me and indicated that an estimate would be provided within 48 hours. I did receive the estimate as promised and had a number of questions around the estimate (only because I am not experienced with plumbing repairs). The owner of the company said that he would personally come out to discuss repair options. He arrived the next morning and discussed all of my options at length. He made recommendations based on how he would proceed with his own home. He did NOT recommend the most expensive repair options and he also did not recommend the cheapest options. He recommended the repair options that he truly believed were in our best interest. He then explained to me in great detail how the repairs would be completed. The repair required a complete reroute of the sewer line on one side of our home. This is not an inexpensive repair and requires an extensive amount of work to accomplish. The repair team was extremely professional and tried very hard to minimize any damage to the lawn, landscaping and sprinkler system. This is a top notch company and I would recommend them to anyone.
