Description of Work: my roof was inspected, loose shingles secured. This was the most professional experience I have had in a very long time. Showed me pictures, told me exactly what was done. On time pleasant clean cut. GREAT EXPERIENCE

Description of Work: They checked the roof, made suggestions, but were honest, and let me know it didnt need anything at this moment. I will use them in the future when I do make necessary changes. They were very knowledgeable and helped me to understand everything they were talking about.

Description of Work: Ben was amazing! He was punctual, courteous, and professional. I would definitely hire him (and Blue Moon Roofing) again!

Description of Work: Went up on roof, sealed the flashings, nailed in nails that had popped up, inspected for areas which may have caused leaks on the ceilings in rooms on the east side of the house. Showed us pictures of problems that he addressed and reassured us that we have a good roof that is in good shape. Offered ideas of what other issues may be causing the leaks on our ceilings and inside the wall of upstairs bathroom shower.

Description of Work: Signed up for this Angies List Big Deal which I typically participate in regularly if services are needed. I was concerned over possible roof maintenance needed as my roof is approx 10 years old. Representative was punctual and professional, took pictures of areas of the roof of concern. I was concerned over a water leak source which he indicated "could" be due to crack in roof vent. He simply patched the crack and spent less than an hour on roof hammering loose nails and stuff. I have since had insurance adjuster out to also look at roof and he said he could see where vent was sealed, however the vents were all cheap plastic and really needed to be replaced with metal ones which would be more durable and not cost very much. Also some areas had raised tiles and should be replaced. Basically I never received anything from Blue Moon in writing with respect to the condition of my roof and potential short term and long term repairs to extend life of my roof. Basically just heard him pounding on the roof and left within an hour. I definitely would have wanted the plastic vents replaced had I known, and not simply sealed over. Looked like a poor job applying sealant.
