New guy brought his very large dog and made a mess of my pool deck and scared my dogs. When I complained to the supervisor George he said it was not his dog and they would not put up with me and my coplaint. Stopped service immediatly. SHAME ON YOU. if not his dog he let in, My dogs were locked in my 8 foot fence with locks. Strange the dog left with the pool cleaner

I would have given this company higher than a 2.0 on quality until I learned our pool was dangerously high for some chemicals that basically kill chlorine tablets so in turn your pool ends up way off balance and not keeping bacteria at bay.
