I dealt with Lenny Isenstein, he was our sales representative. He wasn't high pressure at all, offered to answer questions, and was very willing to give us a good deal on the bed, mattress, frame, and pillows. He let us walk around the store and test the beds. We were there for a whole hour and he was very helpful. He really knew his products and warranty information very well. The installation guys were also great. We had a problem in which the frame didn't fit the headboard, so they went ahead and added another drill hole and retrofitted it so that it would all work. They were very careful with the installation and were considerate. They waited so I could clean under the bed before installing. The products were wrapped in plastic and they didn't drag anything on the floor. They even offered good advice on making other beds in the home work better. Their deliveries were very reasonable and included entire setup for only $29.95. It was a very good experience!
