Not well. Would not use them at all for anything.
Description of Work: Called seeking assistance in replacing a sink. Need to find one in stock and with correct measurements. To me Standard things in the customer service world. They really do not try to assist you at all. They are hurried and seem to be indifferent on helping.

.Placed order for bath fixtures. We were told that everything was in stock and no problem that our contractor could pick it all up within a day or two. We told them great because we had the granite fabricators coming withing the week and we could coordinate all of the installations. As it turns out, one of the faucets was NOT in stock but a special order. It took 6 weeks for the product to be delivered. They insisted that all of the papers we signed had a small note at the bottom that says there could be a chance that some items would not be in stock, even though the sales people tell us it is. We did see this small print and felt really mad because it was sneaky. The sales person never told us that some parts could be delayed. She new we were coordinating within a few days to have everything installed but obviously they just wanted the sale and would deal with the fallout from that down the road. We asked to speak to the manager and I did but all he could say was that it was written in small print that some items could be delayed. When we asked why the sales representative didn't bother to tell us this he said that it was our responsibility to read the fine print. He offered to deliver the items when they came in, which he did and that was nice. He said he felt sorry for us and would come up with some sort of "price reduction" for our inconvenience. When I asked the sales rep about this when the item was delivered she said that that wasn't going to happen. Hm.....I asked to speak to the manager. The sales rep said she would tell him my concern and that he would call. He never did. We never resolved that issue. I would not recommend this company to any friends. Too sneaky and lots of hoops to jump through to track down your order. Go to Lowe's or Home Depot!
