Description of Work: We had a microwave that was smelling bad and they diagnosed the problem and they helped looked for replacement parts and although they couldn't find any, the experience was pleasant.

Description of Work: The company representative was able to tell me over the phone what the problem was so that I could fix it myself. I was extremely impressed that they did not use it as a chance to charge for a weekend service call.
