They arrived first thing in the morning and completed everything by mid-day. Well ahead of schedule. They covered all of the carpeting in the house and were very courteous and attentive. Excellent job and results meet and exceed expectations. They will be called for another service on another house of ours.

Technician arrived on time and was very informative. He took his time explaining what the problem was with the A/C. Very pleased with the service provided.

This company is fantastic! We had been having on-going problems with our new A/C and the installer had been saying "everything looks fine-I don't now why it stopped. The next time this happens just pull this part out and put it back in and it will work". When we decided to call Air Patrol, they said "When the A/C stops like that, it will store codes that we can use to fix your system--don't pull out that part because it erases the details we need". They explained in detail why our A/C had been stopping and promptly fixed it. They also took care of some other minor problems that we did not even know that could be fixed. We were thrilled and promptly signed a service contract and are looking forward to continued care for our A/C by Patrol!

Just had the pleasure of meeting Shawn Gazor, owner of Air Patrol. "When it gets hot, we get busy and I hit the road!" Great service, appropriately priced. Figured out the problem immediately, which was a clogged drain. Will definitely use again.

They cleaned everything. For once, they did everything and more. They washed the outside of the unit with a hose as opposed to a wash. They were consistent wither their maintenance plan. Their prices were also cheaper compared to their competitors. I was very pleased.

I was impressed with the owner coming to give me an estimate on my heating and air-conditioning being replaced. They said that they would replace the slab the air-conditioner was on but I didn't think that made sense. I almost went with them but felt that I was getting a better price from another company. I don't think that one would go wrong with this outfit. I think price was my main decision making point.

The price was in line with most other quotes and lower than some. They were unable to meet the original installation date and had to postpone me for a week. The quality of the installation was generally good. The installation crew was suitable, but only one of them spoke any english. My package included volume control dampers which are supposed to be adjustable to balance the air between the rooms, but the installation crew didn't seem to know what I was talking about when I asked to be shown how to adjust them. The owner said he would come out and show me how to adjust them, but never did. A few weeks later, I had insulation blown in and that company advised that the ducts were not sealed where they meet the ceiling so I ended up paying them to do it.

was happy with the work. They repaired one issue and performed general maintenance. My AC technician was very knowledgeable and pleasant. I'll use them again.

Yesterday I noticed that a breaker kept popping and shutting off my main A/C unit. I called AirPatrol and scheduled Shawn to come out this morning. He quickly diagnosed the issue as a failed wire nut on the attic portion of the unit which was causing a short. He fixed that electrical connection in short order and everything is again working perfectly. This is the third time I've used AirPatrol and they've always been quick, skilled, and professional. Highly recommended.

They were the lowest in the bidders by$200.00. They were easy to reach by phone and very pleasant. They kept me informed on the parts status. The technician arrived right on schedule and was helpful in pointing out a capacitor problem which I replaced myself.

We used this company in 2009 with excellent results in re-doing the duct work, new coil, etc. --excellent service. So this year, needing full new units, etc., we again chose Air Patrol. Shawn Gazor was immediately responsive to our call, arrived at scheduled time for the initial visit, wrote up the proposal on the spot after full assessment of our heating and air conditioning. The work was scheduled--convenient to our schedule. The crew arrived on time and were very professioala (noted that this company's installation and service technicians are factory trained); the work was all completed in one day--great crew!!! All clean-up completed also, of course. Liabilty insurance coverage and workers compensation coverage is in place by the company. Warrenties are in writing and can be transferred.

Todd and his team are awesome! They were friendly, professional on time and were right on budget. I would definitely recommend them to angies list, and all my friends/family. They certainly new what they were talking about, and there experience in this business was very obvious! I have had a few shady experiences in the past with ac/furnace folks, so im very glad I found Air Patrol!

Was given estimate over phone scheduled to have todd come out in a few days. Day he came it was raining so he couldnt do roof work but he looked at the project and rescheduled for another day. Two guys came out first thing in the morning and did the job over a few hours. Price was as quoted over the phone.

We found them on Angie's List. They did an absolutely excellent job. The owner was very nice.

The fan in the A/C was not blowing. Called early in the morning for service and was told a tech could be at my house between 3:00 to 4:00 that same day. Took off work early to be there by 3:00 and the tech called at 3:30 to let me know he was running late and would be there around 4:30 (which he was). We had the A/C turned off, so when we turned it on the fan started running and no problem could be found. The next day the fan stopped working again and I called for service early in the morning again. Tech was assigned to be out between 11:00 and noon. Tech arrived on time and replaced the fan motor. The A/C unit has been working great since. Apparently the bearings in the motor were worn enough that the motor was over heating and shutting down. After the unit was turned off for a while and the morot cooled down, it would run again.

The overall experience was excellent. Shawn, was professional, prompt and took the time to explain everything about the equipment. Baylo & his crew, did an excellent job with the install, everything was neat and professionally done. They always put covers over their shoes when entering the house and cleaned any mess that they made. I interviews and reviewed estimates from many Air conditioning companies, although Air Patrol wasn't the least expensive they weren't the most expensive either. I choose Air Patrol, because of Shawns professionalism, my experience was excellent from start to finish.

They arrive at the house on time and got to worl right away. They did the job in one day, and the system is working fine. They did a lot of cleanup after removing the old system, the attic looks very good. They were very professional and friendly.

With the fire place, the issue was quickly identified and a part located. With the A/C and heating, an appointment was set for within 24 hours of when we called. The serviceman was punctual and quickly surveyed and serviced our units. The cost was minimal and I feel prepared for a challenging summer. Thank you.

Everything went well. Todd explained everything in detail. He talked about possible reasons why our air flow might be compromised, which included our duct work and the size of our unit relative to the size of our house. All of the explanations were clear and without sales pressure. He mentioned approximate cost of new units, pros and cons of more efficient units, but said that our current unit is working perfectly fine. He mentioned that unless we planned to stay at our home for ten or more years he wouldn't recommend replacing our unit. I really appreciate that kind of honesty, and it makes me much more likely to go back to this company in the future when I do indeed need to purchase a new unit.

Thankfully, Air Patrol was able to come out the day I needed, which happened to be the next day, which worked perfect for me. The appt time was 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Roya at Air Patrol called me at 11:00 to let me know their Tech (Tony) would be there shortly. He arrived at approx 11:20 a.m. One of the first things he said to me before he put the booties over his shoes & entered my house was thanking me for allowing Air Patrol to service my air conditioner. He put me right at ease with his demeanor & knowledge, and I never felt like he was trying to get extra money from me for parts or service I didn't need. He was friendly yet very professional and informative. I would most definitely call Air Patrol again, and I plan to call them this Autumn to do the Fall check-up on my heater. Shawn came out the same day I called to diagnose why our main A/C unit was not functioning properly. He diagnosed the issue as a failed cooling fan on the external compressor unit. He quickly replaced the fan and tested the unit to ensure it was now operating properly. As always he was very professional and polite. I highly recommend Air Patrol as the result of two exemplary experiences with them.

The man from Air Patrol was so very nice and polite. He assessed the problem and solved it quickly. He even gave us some advice for issues in the attic. The price was very fair for the work performed--A/C now works great. I plan to use this company for any A/C problems that arise in the future.
