Shawn was very professional! On time and work was completed as promised. I would certainly recommend him and his company for any of your heating or cooling needs.

My low rating on communications reflects follow-up to additional parts I wanted to buy. I was directed to go his shop twice only to learn the parts had not come in. I even placed additional phone calls to inquire about the parts and was promised a call when they arrived. To this day I haven't heard from him. But aside from ordering extra parts his service was very good.

I described my gas leak problem over the phone. He came and tested for a leak. Determined there was a leak but then stated he couldn't fix it. I needed a plumber.

Shawn was great to deal with. Some other companies gave me quotes and then had to start adding in for this and that. Shawn's quote was his quote. I appreciate that, especially when all the guys that quoted came and looked at everything and discussed it with me before leaving - then had to change it for whatever reason. They had to reschedule the install day and that kind of stunk as we had to rearrange some appointments we had planned around that day, but it happens. The workers knocked out the work and invited me to take a look at everything before leaving. Great job. I would, and will, recommend Shawn and Air Patrol highly.

Air Patrol was very prompt. They came the same evening I inquired about needing help and didn't charge me extra for coming out that evening. They worked with me and explained everything that needed done. They also helped me with my HOW. Thank you very much for recommeding them.

Air Patrol met all of my expectations. They were courteous and responsive. I was presented with many options to fit my budget. I feel their knowledge and experienced helped me make an educated decision.

I was given the impression that the price was $49 for the visit. When it was time to collect the funds, the technician said that the price was $49 per unit. Since there were 2 units, he charged me $98 for the visit. They should say this upfront rather than saying this in the end.

I was impressed by the professionalism of this company. I have more AC work pending and will continue to use Air Patrol.

Installed a defective unit. Refused to come and fix it the same day. Unit lasted only two weeks. I will not recommend Air Patrol to anybody because of customer service and reliability of this company. Service personal don't show up at right time.

I chose Air Patrol because they were able to make a visit fast. Fresco Air also contacted me very quickly but because of our schedules were not able to arrange a meeting. Lightfoot Mechanical never contacted me. My service from Air Patrol and the representatives at Service Magic was a very good expirence.
