I worked with Tyler. He was very professional and accommodating to me and the folks who are leasing from me. They kept their word on getting the job done as soon as possible. It costs quite a bit for replacement, but fair considering the cost of heat pumps today and considering the amount of work in a short time. I had very recently had an inspection and tune up on my AC unit by another company. I was only now getting a second opinion on the conflicting and expensive reccommendations that they proposed. The Air Advisor tecnician was courteous and professional. He did a thorough inspection and carefully explained every4 to me. As I suspected,the previously reccommended repairs were determined to be unnecessary. I found Air Advisor to be fair and honest.

For an AC check they charge double if you have two units.

I am so pleased with Air Advisor and the tech, Tyler, that came to my house. He explained everything to me, all options, gave helpful tips/advice, on efficiency and next steps. He gave a few opportunities to answer any questions I had and did not rush me. He cleaned up after himself. Air Advisor seems to be a solid company. I will definitely use again, if needed!

I called Air Advisor for a second opinion. They came out the same day even though it was the busy month of June. Tyler was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. He had the unit repaired in 45 minutes, after first company told me it couldn't be fixed. Very happy!
