He went over and above, he noticed a gas smell then traced it back to my pool propane tank, stayed nearby and talked to propane company, shut it off as best he could, and recommended some suggestions. Truly thankful that he did more than fix my air conditioning. I would give 5 stars but not working due to covid 19 and trying to stretch my pennies.

Rusty was very thorough with his inspection. He advised me to call an electrician because it could just be a bad breaker, which at the end, it was just that. The company I called before Air Advisor wanted to change the whole unit right away for 4k. Glad, I sought a second opinion. I highly recommend Air Advisor.

Russ was very good to work with. He answered all of my questions and helped me understand more about air conditioning. He found my problem quickly and I explained to me the problem in a way I could understand. I found the parts and made the repairs the next morning. I really enjoyed working with him. They called me within seconds after I put in my request to Home Advisor. Excellent customer service.

Rusty was great. He actually fixed the issue instead of just replacing parts, took the time to explain what he did, and showed me what was wrong.

Fair price

Very knowledgeable and professional service techs. They installed a overflow valve on my HVAC that previous technician overlooked or forgot. Good work, but not cheap.

Arrive on time and service my central AC & heating system and gave a reasonable estimate for replacement.

Rusty came out and was very nice and honest, as i had done research before i had home come out. Had A! air out the night before and felt like ripped off soon as that man walked in the door, very disappointing. With Rusty the vibe i was getting from him was comfortable, gave 3 options to choose from. Leaning toward new unit for 10,000 less than other guy, he said he can do job in half day. Will still need to figure out the funds but will hire him, for sure. He was not rushed at all. was not sure how to rate the work quality , but people skill was great. 10//15/19 Hired his crew came out and did it all in 4 hours very professional and nice. They did a awesome job and I will refer Air Advisor, honest, friendly will answer questions and best of all fair pricing. Give thunbs up!!! 5 Stars!!

Came out as soon as I called them and put a new air conditioner in the next morning. They were here at 7 am and done by 10am Very efficient and great to deal with. I would recommend them Highly. Did a great job.
