Very knowledge and polite

Please be aware of this company. They had 1 tech to say we needed 4 lbs of freon. I knew that was not true, had another rep from the company come and check and it did not ..what if I would have told the first rep to do the work ..would I have been charged? Also, work done in my attic. Do not know if it was done would have been nice to see before and after pictures. Sorry, but I will not use them again.

I should have educated myself before having them come out but it was an emergency. I was low on r22 freon and the technician charged it. He said it needed 4 lbs and it only took about 5 minutes to charge it. So I paid him $400. After researching afterward I found out from other techs it could take 45min to add that much freon, cycling it in slowly so not to flood or damage compressor. An honest tech will weigh his freon bottle before and after and show the customer how many pounds were actually used. Otherwise, there is no way to tell. Air advisor tech did not weigh his. I feel like I really got burned. I know I paid $400 for 1-2 lbs of freon rather than 4 lbs. Never again. Everyone, please demand HVAC techs weigh their freon before and after.

Rusty, the tech was very helpful and for once had a company that didn't try to take advantage of the older. The installers were very quick and nice in spite of my loud dog, wore protective gear at all times and appreciate them all.

Rusty showed honesty and integrity when explaining everything to me. He did not take advantage of my ignorance in HVAC systems. He explained my issue in terms I could understand. I will go back to him every time I need help with my a/c system.

I liked the initial person I spoke to over the phone and I liked the technician. There was no additional attempts to sell me anything. The tech was informative and took time to answer all my questions.
