Great service, great price. We bought the home knowing we would need to change out the unit, we intend to later this year. Instead trying to sell me on it to do it now. Rusty put his years of experience to fix our problem. We will gladly be calling Rusty to change out both units in a few months.

If you need a heating and air person hire this company. Professional, value added service and great person all the way around. I don't usually give ratings but I truly was impressed.

Rusty was very honest and provided me with options for my old, heat pump unit that had a bad coil leak. He was super efficient at fixing my forced-air heater system that stopped working 6 months ago. He was very prompt and friendly. He even waited in front of my home for several minutes before I arrived to greet him. Outstanding !

We had a bad condensate leak in our attic that caused a partial collapse of our living room ceiling. Within 4 hours of logging in to Home Advisor, Rusty of Air Advisor was at our door. Within an hour, the leak was stopped and the condensate lines blown out and rebuilt. Rusty showed me exactly what he had done and offered suggestions on how to help maintain that portion of the system. He also checked out our furnace and AC unit to make sure they were running up to par. I can't tell you how happy were are to have had the pleasure of meeting Rusty. Very prompt, very courteous, very professional. We liked Rusty so much that we are going enter into an annual maintenance agreement for our mechanical systems. Call on Air Advisor - you won't be disappointed.

His fees were a bit high. I checked with a retired friend on the prices I was charged and he told me Air Advisors were a bit high.

The tech took his time to make sure everything was working well, and there were no problems. I will call them again.

Really pleased that Rusty was totally honest that the AC was in good shape. Will definitely call Air Advisor when it does need servicing.

The owner of the business personally stopped by my residence on his way home after his work day to give me an estimate. He was very careful to explain what I needed and what it would cost. Rusty came by and knew what had gone wrong almost immediately. He walked me through what he was going to do and performed the repair handily. Courteous, professional, and reasonably priced.

The technician showed us how to fix the problem on our own and didn't even charge us for his visit. We will definitely use this company again in the future.
