The tech that came to my home Tyler was great I asked him if it was okay if I watched, and he was glad to explain to me what he was doing and how things worked. I am signing them up to do the PM on my units from now on.

Rusty was our service technician. He was extremely courteous and professional. He serviced our unit and determined a good cleaning of the compressor was all that needed to be done. Other companies would have tried to charge for extensive repair cost or even a new unit. I have found my new AC repair company. Thank you!

Tyler was very professional and personable during service. Ask questions up front and went to work checking out unit for repair. Air Advisor is very competitive with pricing. Also, got same day service which is rare. Highly recommend.

Family owned company with not so much overhead as large companies that charges high rates. This company was sent to me as a 2nd opinion from another, larger company and they came in 20% cheaper for exactly the same work.

He did not complete the service correctly, did not diagnose the problem properly to repair. I hired another company to come out and fix what happened and get it all working again. I am happy to say, at least Air Advisor refunded me my money.
