Very responsive, great communication, went above and beyond my expectations.

I called them to investigate why my AC is not turning on. They guy told me I need a new fan $725 and most likely a new compressor $800 or I can opt to replace the entire AC unit because of how costly it would be to replace those two parts. So I went online and read about my AC symptoms. I purchased a capacitor and installed it myself for $16. This resolved the issue. My AC is not running fine. I feel the guy did not even investigate the problem to see if it was the capacitor. I will not call them for assistance again.

They quickly came out for an estimate and returned for a scheduled visit to complete the work. No surprises.... certainly have my recommendation

Great Staff! They inspected and my HVAC unit. During the process Rusty and Tyler were superb; as I asked questions, they answered with confidence and informing what the value for the money. As well as, they instructed me what would be a cost-effective investment on what I could replace. It seems to me that they are not for the money as other companies. I would definitely hire them again.

The technician examined my system to find out what was causing it to not cool as expected and found the problem and corrected it.

In an industry noted for more than its fair share of cheats and charlatans it was so refreshing to find an air conditioning repair business that is honorable. Air Advisor form the first moment I contacted them were thorough, friendly and professional. They were able to book an appointment for the first thing the next morning. Travis ( the owner' son ) was on time , professional , knowledgeable, and friendly. He made sure that I was aware of everything he was doing step by step. He obviously knows his trade forward and backward. I can't say enough of his demeanor and professionalism. He went through in detail what he thought needed to be done and even found ways to save money without sacrificing quality. Bottom line... If something is going on with your air conditioning system and you need a vendor that you can feel is honest and professional , call Air Advisor! It is a small family owned business with years of experience and knowledge and a ton of old fashioned honesty and heart. Rare to see in this world but so refreshing!

Air Advisor came out, analyzed the situation and suggested appropriate AC repairs. Repaired a small unit and replaced a larger outside unit at a very good price. Later replaced a circuit board and all is well (heating & cooling) in our home. Tyler's a very knowledgeable technician and exhibited excellent customer service.

They repaired our A/C very quickly when it was 104 in July. Great service.

Honest and dependable

Janelle contacted me immediately and sent Rusty to our house when the air stopped cooling (90 degrees inside) when I arrived home at 6:00 p.m. Rusty honestly and efficiently diagnosed tbe problem...condensor out and arranged to have it replaced. He arrived promptly the following morning & replaced the unit within 3 hours. Janelle was so patient & guided me thru the financing process on the phone. Will get a maintenance program with them and definitely use them for all my air & heating needs from now on!! A great company with great people!!
