After contacting Home Advisor I was called within seconds. I was very pleased after having no Airconditoning for a week and many company's cancelling before showing up only to tell me they would be out the next day. I explained my circumstances to the woman on the phone she told me give her 10 min and she would call me back and she did exactly that and said somebody would be out within a few hours. I was very very pleased on the knowledge I was given to purchase a new Airconditioner and my new unit will be installed tomorrow. I would highly recommend this company! Very informative, professional and all around courtesy.

I had an additional air return added to my newly purchased home to aid in efficiency per the home inspector's recommendation. Not only did Air Advisor install a perfectly-sized new return, the technician noticed that my attic A/C unit had a broken drain pipe and he fixed it without any additional charge. These guys were clean, efficient and on-time. I definitely recommend them.

The customer service was great. They explained the work very well, and all the details of the work that was to be done, also he explained all the details so that i could understand, and answered all my questions, and concerns as well. He also gave info on how to maintain my system with helpful tips. Punctual, professionals, knowledgeable, he also went above and beyond on his service, I also highly recommend this company. I also have since then rehired them, and same service was given.

9 June 2017 PROS: Professional, reliable, honest, trustworthy, military discount. CONS: No financing available because they are a startup company. they did say that they should be eligible after a year. My A/C system was not working in my upstairs and downstairs. I have 2 A/C units that provide air for both parts of my home. I found Air Advisor online using homeadvisor.com. I sent a request from the website and I am not lying they literally called me 5 seconds later as soon as I placed the request. The tech was very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything he was doing and was honest and upfront with the pricing of everything that needed to be done. He offered options to try and meet my budget to keep the home cool. I was very happy with the service and highly recommend that you give them a try. You will not be disappointed.

I needed an A/C unit moved from my patio area to an area behind the house. Rusty came out and gave me a bid and told what I needed to have an electrician do. Rusty's men came out the next day to move and install the A/C unit and were very professional. I will use this company again.

They showed up when they said they would. They got the work accomplished in the amount of time they told me it would take. The install crew was neat, courteous, and professional. They went above and beyond with the service. I would definitely recommend them. Great Value.
