He tried to pick the Digital Life locks and couldn't, which actually made me feel safe. He ended up getting into the house from a door that didn't have the lock. He was very nice, did a great job, and came out himself due to the locks and hour.

I called one afternoon and he came out first thing the next morning. He called with an estimated time of arrival first thing that morning. Upon arrival, he introduced himself as well as his new hire/ trainee. Both were very professional and cordial. He asked what we needed and they went to work right away. The job was completed within the estimated time and he provided new keys for all doors. In addition, he was able to change the code on the key pad for the garage door. We got everything we needed at a reasonable cost from a professional that I would not hesitate to contact again.

ADI was easy to schedule, punctual and quick. They rekeyed a whole house in about 25 minutes and I appreciate the fact that he also tested all of the keys he made. I would definitely call ADI again for locksmith needs.

He was late and rude. I called at 12:50p and was told it would take 15 mins. By 1:20p he still hadn't arrived and I had managed to get in on my own. I called to cancel the service and was told, after the fact, that there would be a $50 trip charge. I offered instead to pay for gas to which he responded "thank you for wasting my time". I hope this review will help ADI learn to treat customers with respect, show up when they say they will, make any charges known up front and remain professional in their communications.

My brother-in-law went on a bachelor trip and I was supposed to feed his cat.  He forgot to leave a key out and after trying to get into the house a few different ways, I decided to call a locksmith (with my brother's permission).  I called ADI Locksmith at approximately 7:00 am on mother's day and he was able to come out to my brother's house by 8:30 am.  He was on time, picked the lock, and re-keyed the lock and made me duplicates.  He was extremely friendly, professional, and provided outstanding customer service.  This is the second time I have dealt with a locksmith and the first experience, with a different company, was not a pleasant one.  This experience was great and I will be using ADI Locksmith in the future.

At 7am on Sunday, my back door lock spilled out a screw when I opened the door. After messing with it, I decided I needed the service of a locksmith. I called Adi around 10am, went and bought a replacement myself, and he came to my home by 12:30, installed the new lockset, rekeyed, and was out the door by 1pm. I am leaving on a trip and am very satisfied, as well as relieved, to get the job done very promptly. $75 to install the lockset, $25 to rekey to match my other doors, and $49.50 service call (price for Angie's List members), plus tax, all of which seem perfectly reasonable. I'll call him again without a doubt.

Service man was very polite and efficient, but was not able to fix my door w/o TOTAL replacement. I did not, nor could not afford a new door handle and deadbolt. He said he had, "never seen a door locking mechanism," like mine. He WAS able to re-assemble the deadbolt mechanism and the key DID work better than before. I was a bit surprise to find ou  that I was charged another $120 for re-assembling the lock and door handle?? Seems steep to me.
