You offered me three choices, the first one called and offered the work at a price that would not have paid for his trip to my house so I passed on him. The third company Overhead Reliant came out and looked over the job and gave me an outlandish price and made me feel very uncomfortable. The second company (911 Garage Door Repair Pros) came out evaluated the job gave me a fair price. They told me when they would be here and they were on time and did an excellent job. I couldn't have asked for better service. Recommend for everyone that needs this kind of help.

Michael contacted me immediately and said he would come even though it was Sunday. He arrived when he said he would. After inspecting my garage door he quoted me a fair price and went right to work replacing the broken spring and cables. He did a great job in a reasonable amount of time. I would definitely use him again!

He was there quickly, was very professional and friendly, and identified a potential safety issue with a fraying cable that he repaired as well. I couldn’t recommend this company more!!!
