Description of Work: I contacted him concerning our washer which was out. He was very knowledgeable about the machine and what the problems with that model were. his recommendation was to scrap it and buy a new one. I can live with that honesty all day long. He charged me nothing for the information.

+ -1 moreThe washer was checked by listening to the final spin cycle while empty and with towels. The conclusion was that the bearing was bad and it would be too expensive to repair. I am very pleased with his work and professionalism.
Description of Work: The repairman checked out my washer to see why it was making a loud noise during the final spin cycle.
