Water was sipping out through our floor foundation and we had no clue what to do or who to call. I signed up with HomeAdvisors and JMR was on the recommend list. I spoke to Rodney and he came to the house within an hour. He found the problem and gave us options on what needed to be done to repair this major problem. By this time, we had already removed the carpet and water was going all over the place. Rodney and his team started working immediately. It took 5 days because the entire water lines were replaced, since all of the lines were within the foundation. We had to reroute all the waterlines. After the job was completed, they cleaned all the affected areas. They did an awesome job. We will definitely call them if need to.

We would use JMR again. Rodney was very responsive. I wish they accepted credit cards or a mailed check, as we are out of state.

I was in need of a plumber and having a hard time finding someone to come to my home on the weekend. Received a call from Rodney who came out on Sunday and was able to tell me what the problem was. With everything he was having to fix he showed me the problem and explained in detail what he would be doing. He worked around my work schedule during the week as well in order to get my plumbing issues fixed. Was very reliable and did an amazing job.

Our installer was very friendly and polite. He even took an extra step to test out outlet for power. It was fast and professional.

They called me as soon as submitted the request. Came out at my convenience and were super friendly! Chris did a great job installing my bathroom faucets. He let me know of costs before he fixed anything, and I wasn't worried about being ripped off. Great company!!

If a wonderful job

Rodney responded in a few hours and came the next day to repair the house. They were done in 5 hours. He brought enough people to get it done quickly. I was very pleased.

Rodney and his team were efficient at their work. We were able to negotiate a fair price for me, since I am doing a total house renovation. He always communicated with me on questions and concerns. I will be hiring Rodney and his team back
