They did a terrible job cleaning. We did their move-in special for $400+ which included cleaning inside the appliances. We were moving in from out of state and wanted the house clean before the movers delivered our boxes. Unfortunately, we could not be at the house when they cleaned as we were on a flight. When we landed we were so disappointed at the job they did. We called and sent pictures as well as videos and got every excuse in the book. Save the headache and use another service.

The two lady crew we have is outstanding. They have done our place for about 3/4 of a year now, and we are most pleased. Also, the office is very helpful if we need to reschedule and cannot do it online. Normally everything can be done online, but in cases where we had to move our cleaning schedule around, I wanted to make sure the same ladies would be able to do our home, and as a result we contacted the office directly in those cases- and they did great.

Outstanding job. They were early arrivals (called to make sure it was ok first to arrive early)- wonderful! Understood immediately what we were looking for and got the job done. Very pleased. Will probably get a regular cleaning schedule/appointment. We were also pleased we could get a cleaning so soon, other places were putting us out another week. And their on line system is great.

Fair, but not what was expected based on my phone conversation with the young lady, Katrina, who booked the service. One young lady was very nice, the other had a bit of an attitude and wasn't comfortable around our elderly blind dog. The breakdown is basically a result of interpretation of "deep clean". Would have been willing to pay more to have the job done well, if I had been told that was available. While the company has a website, I called directly as a result of their ad on Backpage to tell them what was needed and get pricing. A true "deep clean" on a 2400 sq.ft. house can reasonably be expected to take a full day, if it's done correctly. You would reasonably expect items such as wall switches to be cleaned, A/C return grills cleaned, cobwebs brushed down, etc.

The items listed above are definitely part of our standard cleaning items and seems we fell short. I believe this was a lapse in communication from the office at the point of sale. Though deep clean duration times are different it should never take a team of 2 trained cleaners an entire day. This would be very un-affordable for the client. We typically recommend, if the house really needs extra extra attention, that we do this over the course of 2 cleanings. 99% of our deep cleans will be completed within 3 to 5 hours with a team of 2 cleaners. We will use the feedback for training and hope to earn your business again in the future."

We have been using this service for a couple of months now and have loved the results. Every team that has been sent to our house to clean has done a phenomenal job. There was one time where a couple of things were not cleaned to our liking but was corrected and made perfect the next time around. The teams are very personable and professional. They come with their own supplies and leave the house smelling and looking amazing. We have so many living things in our house that it is difficult to keep up but That's Clean Maids never fails to do a fabulous job!

They did a great job - were here for about 6 hours and never stopped working. They cleaned things I would never have thought of cleaning - as well as all the usual items. Our house is sparkling. Would definitely use them in the future.
