My roof was leaking after a heavy rain. It was time for a replacement and based on the ratings on AngiesLIst (even though Southern only has 1 review), I decided to give them a call for an estimate. Their reprehensive showed up on time. He took his time to evaluate my old roof and noticed that the roof has 2 layers instead of one like newer roof. He gave me an exact estimate of how much everything would cost.
He helped with insurance claiming process. He contacted the insurance person without me having to do anything. He and his team finished everything in one day and cleaned up all debris. The job was flawless. He also adhered to my HOA's restriction and guidelines (roof color and ridge style). I got a 50-Year GAF Material Warranty and a 10-Year Workmanship warranty to cover any leak I may have in the future.
Southern Roofing does offer financing options, but I decided to pay the deductible myself. These guys really understand the insurance process and roof installation
