Wayne was great throughout the whole process!!! We woke up with no water and I went on home advisor having no idea whom to turn to. Finding a water softner repair company was very hard until I went on home advisor and send my request. Wayne called me with in 5 minutes and we were on our way to a great start! He talked with us regarding whats wrong, what he was going to do and how fast he can do it. With in 2-3 hours our water was on!!! Thank you for saving my saturday off!!!

Wayne installed a whole house water treatment and R/O system in my new home on 8-1-14. His exemplary service and attention to detail started in early July when I first contacted him for an estimate. He took the time to meet with me and listen to my specific needs and wishes for a suitable water treatment system, that also addressed my needs for a healthy drinking water system. Wayne is patient and listens to the customer; he is not presumptuous or overbearing in his sales approach and consultation.The install job is very neat and the amount of space under the sink is amazing! Job well done!!!!

Wayne is very professional, conscientious and knowledgable about water treatment systems. He analyzed our needs, then performed the installation on the day and time he committed. His prices are very reasonable........in fact he charged less than half my first quote venturing into the water treatment industry. He also discovered a leak on a line to our pressure tank "could not leave until it is repaired". I really appreciated his dedication to his customers. He is a very nice man and it was our pleasure to work with him.

Wayne was was very professional & had good knowledge of the water treatment systems. I found him to be very honest & an extra nice person. He did not try to pressure me into going with his company. He also has a service plan at a very fair price. I had a nbr. of estimates including the company I have been with for over 15 years. He was on time & did a great job of installing my new system. The clean up work was great. I highly recommend Primary Solutions.

Wayne was awesome. He accomodated my schedule and kept me very informed about what I needed and what I was getting. In my previous home I got ripped off on my softner insall/service and from the start with Wayne at my new home it was a crystal clear transaction in which I spent half of what my previous unit cost. Also he offers routine service twice a year for 75$ apiece. One service from the previous company was 660$!! Glad to have found and worked with Primary Solutions.

Wayne serviced my previous Hague water treatment system each time I experienced problems with it and he repeatedly demonstrated his expertise as he performed a variety of troubleshooting tasks. I came to trust his expertise, his honesty, and his focus on customer service. So I turned to him when I was ready to replace my system. I was pleased that his own system design overcomes the drawbacks of the typical proprietary systems and at less cost. He installed the new system promptly and helped me understand how it works. It's carefree, attractive, and I have great quality water for a change!
