The minute I submitted my request for service I received a call from Bryan Hooper for directions to my house. Although I didn't respond right away Mr. Hooper made his way to my residence and evaluated my situation and left me a detailed listing of what I needed to treat my problem. After contacting Mr. Hooper and having the services done which I requested I received a second detailed description of how to take care of my lawn from this point forward and all the follow up visits to ensure desired results. Customer service is awesome for Lawn of the Month I will definitely recommend and keep Mr. Hooper on my list of contacts for service.

Bryan answered questions that he didn't have to answer. Like about my trees, shrubs, etc.. He was straight forward with answers. I had the assumption that we needed some new sod laid. He stated that we had plenty of growth. So if he tells you that you do need sod then he is telling you the truth. He made his first appointment on day and time he stated. I already recommended him to my neighbors if they were looking.

Bryan was very professional. He took his time and was very thorough. He had a lot of tips on how to keep your lawn in good condition.

Bryan is great. He was here the next day and followed up with the first treatment two days later. He left a detailed written explanation of what he had done and advised me further. He was polite, friendly, and very informative and definitely service oriented. I am looking forward to working with him.

Lawn of the Month took the initiative to come out and not just leave a card in my door, but an evaluation of my lawn's condition, recommended care and treatment, and estimated fees for the services. Quick service and very competitively priced. Liked that he was a local professional instead of a big company.

Bryan is excellent to work with, conscientious, and seems to know what he is doing. He is treating my yard for insects and disease and began a fertilization program around 8/27/09. He is scheduled to make 7 treatments per year, so I won't know how effective the treatments are for several months. But at this time I am very pleased with what he has done.

Very nice and informative. Great Pricing. Bryan responded to our needs very quickly. Great job so far. I was very suprised because I thought our net sedge problem was much bigger then it really was. Bryan is very honest. He is not a "High Pressure" salesman, which is what you get with most of the commercially advertised companies.

So far I have been very pleased with Brian (owner of Lawn of the Month LLC) he is knowlegable, prompt and courteous. He has done two applications, he shows up when promised makes sure you know the charges before he does the work and leaves the property in clean condition when he is through.
