Jimy Reyes is my Joe! A toilet had overflowed overnight. They had Jimy out with a couple of hours. The problem was very hard to find lying just below two bathrooms where the slope of the drains were not as steep in this 1980 built home as are used today. His snaking tool did not clear it so he used a camera and then a water jet to clear the dense clog. He worked with me on ways to avoid the problem in the future. He worked hard until he had it solved. He re-seated the two toilets and provided some parts that were missing to secure them properly. The telephone communications and communicating with Jimy were easy and informative. Call Joe and ask for Jimy!

Job was estimated at what we thought was a very reasonable price and was to be about a half day job. The job turned out to be a 10 hour job far more challenging than anticipated. The work was done to completion that day and the site was restored quite well and the charge was not increased from the original estimate.

We had a shut off valve that started leaking. The first guy that came out was very helpful, he got everything taken care of. The first thing they came out; basically what it was, was the valve was spraying water out and we had to go out to the street basically and shut all the water off. He came out turned the water on and saw the problem. He was able to tighten down so it would quit leaking. They were going to come out and replace the valve the second time. Instead of paying attention to what I was asking him to do, instead of cutting a great big hole in my wall and just replacing the valve that was in there and cut it out basically. They have to get a C because they got an A on one guy and an F on the other guy. It was a Sunday and he didn't charge us that much for coming out. He did a wonderful job. He was very responsive.

We had a shut off valve that started leaking. He left a huge hole in the wall. Basically what happened was, a few years ago we had a leaky pipe out in the yard and they had replaced that pipe. They actually put in another shut off valve outside of the house. So I basically had two shut off valves, one outside and one inside. Instead of just fixing the one inside, he cut a huge hole in the wall and just cut that valve out and put a straight piece in there. so now the shutoff valve is just outside of the house . We don't have one inside the house anymore. Still a good price. I wasn't really happy they left that huge hole in my wall. They were on time and answered my calls. He was here when he said. Like I said the first day he was awesome and if would have come out the second time I would have absolutely been recommending him because he'd done such a wonderful job. When he had talked to me originally he said we may have to replace that valve but we probably won't have to do too much to your house the walls and stuff like that. it can probably be fixed fairly easily. The second guy came out and cut a hole that was probably three feet tall and six inches wide in the side of my wall that I had to patch up myself. I mean he didn't fix it or anything else he just left a hole.

There was some miscommunication about repairing the wall after the valve was replaced, but Matt responded to me right away and got it straightened out. The quality of their work is great, and they were better priced than other companies we had quotes from.

It went very poorly, Joe had no sense of customer service - very rude over the phone basically gave a price without even seeing my house just from his attitude or lack of customer service I would stay away -

It was an outstanding. For responsiveness, they were fine. They are our plumber of record now. What I liked about them was that they responded promptly, they were honest and well-priced. The worker was a senior citizen that was just outstanding. I think this was the second or third time we’ve used them. We actually replaced our original plumber, it had kind of came apart at the seams there, after a quite a few years of using them. We went to Joe The Plumber, they are our plumber now.

The repair was complete. My only observation is the service man had to leave to get more parts twice. That may be an issue for people who are on a time crunch.

They were fine. They came out and fixed a couple of problem. They replaced the water heater. It was about to rust out and they probably saved us our ceiling by doing that. He had a pretty good price. We used him twice, this was the first time. The second time he put PVC pipe in our irrigation system. He came out and did that for us.

I called Joe the Plumber and they were able to get to me very promptly. Kid arrived and was able to assess the situation and give me a good estimate. After a lot of digging, we figured out that the leak was coming from a pipe that was not accessible due to it running under a tree. The new plan became to run a new line form the house to the meter out front. This did require a bit more money, but because Kid called in for some assistance, the job was able to be completed in one day. I am very pleased with their professionalism and service. I'll be a repeat customer for sure and will recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber.

every interaction with them was excellent and professional. Their service team explains what needs to be done very clearly. Couple of examples: 1. We had a water heater leak on a Saturday immediately before we were going out of town. The arrived on the same day I called and replaced the water heater. They cleaned up afterwards got the job done. 2. We had them come out to replace all of our bathroom fixtures. Some of the parts we purchased did not quite fit our existing tub and shower structure. He figured out how to make them fit without us having to rip out any tile. Saved us a big headache. He also advised us on what types/brands of fixtures we should consider, based upon their repair experience. I would recommend Joe the plumber to anyone!
