Connie is truly an awesome realtor that goes that extra mile and works with you to get your house sold. She knows the market and what you need to ensure your house is ready. She starts with assessing your house, then staging it, so that it shows to its best potential. During the whole process, she was on top of every showing, gathering feedback, following up and keeping us informed. Once we had an offer, she continued to work through the process, handling issues as they arose and making sure things ran as smoothly as possible. She was always responsive, very detailed oriented and really took customer service to the next level. We have truly been impressed with Connie. Not only would we use her again, but have and will continue, to recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.

Yeah, she charged her normal percentage when you buy a house. She was wonderful. I was thrilled with her. I hope I don't have to buy a house, moving sucks. I would use Connie again, if I had too. She responded to our special needs. We needed an mother in law suite on acreage, and she found it.

I first contacted Connie in mid January to find out information about selling our home. She was extremely helpful with information. I felt so comfortable with her that I asked her to help us with putting the house on the market. We live in another city so it was important to find someone reliable and dependable. Connie took immediate charge of the situation. She met with us and quickly put forth a plan of action. The home was put on the market the first weekend of March. That week we had an interested buyer and closed on the house a month later. It was bittersweet to sell the home we loved but Connie made the process from beginning to end go smoothly and efficiently. She is a true professional. I am grateful for her expert assistance.

Connie is the best realtor/broker we have ever worked with. We have both bought and sold homes. So, we have had our share of realtors. Connie is professional, thorough, and knowledgeable in the field of real estate. She took the time necessary to assist us with all of our real estate needs. We decided to build a home. Connie took care of everything. She even helped us pick out the finishes for our home. She is top notch. If you need a realtor to buy or sell a property call her! She is the best!

USE THIS REALTOR!  Connie is amazing.  She priced our house higher than other realtors and told us exactly what we had to do to sell it at that price without spending much--then she rolled up her sleeves and personally helped us do it!  After six inactive months trying sell-by-owner to save money, we followed all of Connie's instructions and she had the house showing almost daily and sold in a matter of weeks--over the holidays!--at a very fair price that was more than worth the money I was trying to save on FSBO.  I was concerned at first because we were not near her home base but she assured us that she would do whatever it takes, and she was 110% on board every day.  Very hands-on.  She oversaw the closing process with great insight and continued to check on us through the moving process.  And on top of all that, she is a HOOT!  Great sense of humor. I have no reservation about giving Connie Shugart my very strongest recommendation.

After looking for a home we finally found our house of our dreams!  We were able to see it through from start to finish and Connie was there the whole way through.  Any questions or concerns that came up, we were able to call Connie and get an answer.  Her experience as a realtor spoke volumes.  She even helped us get our other house rented!
