BREEZE CONTROL AIR CONDITIONING & HEATING

Same great customer service and responsiveness since 2003!!!! Derek came out same day I called and he had the parts needed to fix my furnace with him.Not only did he fix my immediate problem, but he provided me the reassurance I needed to keep my family comfortable until I can have the money to replace my unit.

First off this is NOT a robot writing this - this is a actual customer. For ANYONE that is researching to use this company for any type of AC Work. DO NOT USE IT, I had my AC installed 04/27/20...as of this morning, the permits HAVE NOT BEEN HONORED. One inspection failed because they do not know how to properly install a hurricane strap anchor (yet they're suppose to be professionals). Insult to injury - after the failed inspection I had to call 4 times to get this corrected - finally, someone comes...NOT ZACK, not anyone wearing a "Winter breeze" company logo - does 3 things and leaves. The inspection appointment gets rescheduled to 11/18/20 - and gets what...NO CALL FROM THE COMPANY NO - NO CALL FROM THE CITY, which leads me to the conclusion that the appointment was never set because the city doesn't miss appointments - whether were in a Covid-19 pandemic or not. The only person you will ever speak to is "Zack" a kid, that will give you the run around once the money is in the bag and never follows up to finish the job - THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO MANAGER, NO OWNER that you will ever speak to. If any one reads this - stay away from this company, Synchrony the merchant who approved the loan for the purchase dumped the company because of the numerous complaints, there is a reason for this. The only reason why I selected this company - was not for the price, but because I believe in giving new companies a opportunity...That was my mistake - I will continue to write reviews - on every platform until the job I paid for is completed.

My A/C system was not cooling cold enough so I called many companies to come out and diagnose my system. Everybody else told me a total system replacement was the only fix. A co-worker gave me Mr. Chris's number and he came out and actually showed me what was wrong and what needed to be replaced. He quoted me a price and after everything was installed, that was exactly what I paid. I plan to have my system inspected twice a year only by Mr. Chris. Thank you for your excellent work and your honesty.

I would highly recommend this AC company. He is very trustworthy. I have used him several times, and he always goes above and beyond.

They were very helpful but did not provide a service for me because they could not get to me in the timing that I needed to have. They gave me information that was very helpful and I found them very accommodating. They helped me out with the problem I was having but did not give me any pricing. I did get an idea of their pricing for Freon; I thought it was very good compared to other pricing I have seen.

Breeze Control serviced my Air Conditioning and Heating Unit for most of the 21 years of it's life, The exterior unit had been replaced about 7 years ago, and the interior unit finally had all the repairs that were economical and it was time to replace. They did the work while I was travelling. When I came home I had a cool house. There was a minor installation issue that required a follow-up call. This was done the same day I called them.

I had had a problem with the smaller A?C unit last year with it freezing up, so I wasn't overly concerned when I first noticed it wasn't cooling. I shut off the unit and turned it back on the next day...but that didn't seem to help. So I called Breeze Control Heating and Cooling to make an appointment to have it checked. My neighbor and his family had used the company and were very satisfied. We had planned to have some duct work done in the Spring but the time got away from us. When I called the answering service, I told them it was NOT an emergency because the upstairs was not presently occupied and the downstairs unit was working fine. Chris called me on his way to a scheduled job and said they would drop by to check my unit on their way home. They arrived around 4:30 and in less than an hour had done the cleaning and checking the unit and added the freon.....the unit seemed to be working fine. The next afternoon, I noticed the unit seemed to be running a lot so I went upstairs and it was hot. I shut down the unit and called the service. Since I was going to be out that evening, I gave them my information and asked Chris to call the next morning. He called and left a message while was out that he would call again in the morning....which he did.Since it has been so hot here and others have had real problems with their A/C, I told him to just fit me in when he could...and he called me around lunch time and said they were on their way over. After further tests, it was determined the fan motor would run for a few hours an then just quit, so they replaced the motor and capacitor and checked the attic connection. After clearing the drains and resealing some ducts and boxes that were lose, Chris said the system was now in good shape and if I had any more trouble to let him know right way. The charges for the work they did were very reasonable considering this was not an emergency ...but he treated it like it was. I will definitely have them do my work in the Fall and my furnace check-up this year.

Breeze Control did a good job fixing my air conditioner. I thought I was going to have to get a new one, but they said the problem was minor and could fix it. They fixed it in no time. They even called me back to make sure it was still working properly. They seemed very knowledgeable.

We always use Breeze Control. It is independently owned and the man is honest. He will talk to you about whatever is wrong and doesn't try to overcharge you at all. I feel that he goes to all measures before having to replace the most expensive parts. I know a lot of my neighbors use him as well.

COMPANY IS SOLE-PROPRIETORSHIP, SO YOU'RE DEALING WITH THE OWNER. WE HAVE HAD OUR AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING EQUIPMENT SERVICED AND/OR REPLACED BY CHRIS MIGLICCO FOR AT LEAST THE LAST 5 YEARS. SERVICE HAS ALWAYS BEEN SATISFACTORY AND PRICING AT OR BELOW MARKET.
