Our experience working with Dusty and Josh was such a great one. It was a pleasure working with them. The customer service was excellent. Josh came out and thoroughly inspected the air conditioning system. He gave us a quote for 3 different options! No one else did that for us. They came out and installed a new system and we couldn't be happier!

Came within a couple of hours to fix A/C . We are in Texas and the temp was almost 100 degrees that day. Problem was fixed in about an hour. Very professional.

Very courteous and patient. They were very responsive and available. We called 3 other companies, all quoted 1-2 weeks just to charge $89 for inspection. A&M came same day, no charge, gave us quote for repair, gave us time to decide. We went with them after hopeless wait from our home builder's warranty group, who never responded. A&M came next day and did nice job, exactly as quoted.

I worked in the trades for over 35 years and can tell if someone knows what there doing within minutes, the technician knew his job and hit the ground running. In this area of the trades (Hvac) and others you get what you pay for. Don t be cheat on anything! You will only be cheating yourself in the long term.

I called early in the morning because water was leaking through my ceiling. They called right after they opened, gave me an appointment within 3 hours, replaced my attic air handler A/C unit that same day. It was like 95 degrees plus that day.

The technician was professional and explained everything clearly. I had to have my air conditioner top unit replaced. The work was done well.

I called four HVAC companies to get my Condenser replaced. Most of the companies tried to up sale me on stuff I didn t need and wanted to charge for the little extra things I wanted done. A&M gave me a fair price for the unit install and didn t try to charge me for extra things after the fact. He actual tested my refrigerant for acid prior to flushing the system. Something another guy wanted to charge me for. I called about 8am to get a quote and he was done by 4 the same day. Clean, professional and good at what they do. I would recommend them to anyone.

Everyone I dealt with at A&M Mechanical were friendly and professional. Best of all, they were honest. Another company said the only fix for our AC issue was replacing all the duct work. A&M not only gave me a more competitive bid to replace, but also gave us an option of fixing what we had. Of course we understand that the system still won't work as well as it could, but for a house we don't plan to stay in forever, saving $3k is a big deal. A big thanks to everyone at A&M.

Brought them in for a second opinion for replacing our controller and they were able to solve the issue we were having by changing a setting on the controller. Saved me $1500. Super insightful and we’re happy to answer all of my questions about the unit we have.

The guys were prompt, clear with their intention and expectations. Time will tell if the repair-work holds up. But could not be more satisfied with the preliminary experience.
