Initially concerned that a truck showed up 30 min past the 9-11 timeframe that was not an A & M Mechanical truck. The service man said that he was coming to work at A & M and was still using a prior work truck with the old company's name on it. Cleaned the coil with a chemical to remove mold...sprayed it on, waited 15 min, washed it off, didn't have to pull the coil to clean it.....$269....seemed a little high for what it was....doubt I would use them again

Tech told me the heat exchanger was cracked. I paid tech the call out fee. I decided to get 2nd opinion. According to the the other company heat exchsnger was not cracked at all.
