Crew did an excellent job! pricing was fair, replaced to tank water heaters.

I want to put my conclusion up first, so you don't have to read everything below to get to it. Simply put, I interviewed 5 outfits to put in two tankless water heaters - Dave and Affinity is the only one you should consider, hands down. Dave was not only extremely professional, but he also understood how upsetting it was to have to water heaters crack open destroying ceilings and walls in our home and leaving us only with cold water. Though I learned much through the internet, he listened carefully and then gave explanations that made sense in light of what I had learned. After all his patience, he then proposed a plan that made sure that I felt comfortable that I would have an endless supply of hot water at the elevated temperatures and flowrates that I wanted for our large house. This was unique. I called in 5 outfits - Dave was the only one that listened to my needs and made sure that they were met. Because he knew we were without hot water, he made sure that he and his crew put in a first heater within 24 hours of our accepting his bid and finished the full job off not three days later. The work was highly professional, looks great and works great. I didn't want to tell Dave this (but I'm sure he'll read the review), but he also was the most affordable and offered the highest rated tankless water heater. He offered me the model that I felt I couldn't afford - the Mercedes Benz (Ferrari?) at a price I couldn't just afford it, I couldn't say no to it. On top of it, he's highly personable and trustworthy. I doubt I'll need another tankless water heater, but if you're looking for one - this is the only outfit to consider.

David is amazing. He stopped by really late in the day to do my bid. He presented a fair and competitive bid. The only reason I chose not to work with him this time is I prefer the brand of tank heater that the winning bidder uses. If I had gone the tankless route Affinity would have been my #1 choice of the 4 bids that I received. I was most impressed with his knowledge: comprehensive bid quote and it was by far the most competitive. Highly recommend!

Current tankless water heater went down. Called and had a technician at my home within an hour. Technician quickly diagnosed issue. Based on the age of the unit I decided to upgrade to a new unit instead of repairing the old one. New unit was installed the following day. Professional and knowledgeable technician. Fast, friendly, quality service. I’d use them again in a heartbeat.

They SAVED me $ 3,000. If you need help with a Tankless Water Heater - LOOK NO FURTHER! I had issues with my water heater b/c the temperature could not go above 100 degrees. My first plumber told me that i needed a new circuit board or a new water heater. The second plumber wanted to charge me $ 325 for a diagnosis. I found Affinity Plumbing on Angies List. They came over and was able to fix the issue with my temperature in about 30 minutes, saving me at least $ 600 for a new circuit board or $ 3,000 + for a new water heater as the other plumbers advised. They have REAL EXPERTISE in Tankless Water Heaters and are honest and professional. They are my NEW PLUMBERS! They deserve an A+

Everything went well...from the time David came out to give the estimate, to working with Jennifer on getting things setup and a completed quote. To the guys and David coming out to actually install the heater. Was very impressed with Jennifer as well on how she knew our situation and worked with us to get things approved and installed. Would definitely use the guys again. The knew what they were doing and what would work for us and so far so good. Very professional!!!

It's great! David, the owner, is kind of a guru where water heaters are concerned. They're the best. He's a great resource and knows more than anybody around.

They were outstanding. They came out on Labor Day in the evening time just to try and meet everybody's needs. I gave them considerable referrals. It's not just the company, it's the person who comes. He was very good. He said he is staying busy because of the referrals I gave out. His name was David Lee. He was just very conscientious. 

They specialize in hot water heaters. They will put new piping in. They also do any type of plumbing needed. He will return a call, even if it's 8 o'clock at night he will tell you he received your message. 

He worked very efficiently. He had to cut the pipe, replace the pipe, and get a new part. He is re-piping my neighbor's house right now. He will not just walk off an leave you if it's an emergency. 

I will definitely use them again. He did outstanding work for the two people that I referred to him. He is very easy going and hard working at the same time.

Again - David is always helpful on the phone.  He has answered the phone every time I have called.  If there is a general "do it yourself" fix he will recommend it.  He has done that for me twice now - including today.

He will give general quotes on the phone where possible.  I feel he operates his business with the utmost honor and integrity.  I highly recommend him.

Called back within ~30 minutes on a Monday morning.







Arrived at the house when promised and resolved the issue by 6pm the same day.

Everybody comes when they are supposed to and shows up on time. They know what they're doing and if he says he needs to charge you "X" amount of dollars that's what he charges. He thought that he was going to do it all in one trip and it took him about six because when he got started it was more involved than he thought. He didn't charge me anymore and finished it. They're good guys and I would use him in a heartbeat for anything I really needed, but unfortunately he doesn't like to do small jobs and I guess it's because he's so busy.

David with the water pros is great.  Did a great job at a reasonable price.

They were highly efficient and never left a mess behind. Everything was always cleaned up daily until the work was done, and it did not take very long. They did it quite quickly. When I had them come and give me an estimate, I had two of the regular tank water heaters in my attic. My son and daughter-in-law have a house that is similar to mine. When they wanted to install water heaters, the people from another provider told them that they needed two tankless hot water heaters. The person from Water Pro’s told me that I would only need one tankless hot water heater and it would work very efficiently; that cut in half what I was anticipating my cost to be. He did not try to oversell me. He explained that he had a house that was about the same size as mine and his two children were still at home, and they had just one tankless hot water heater which was very efficient. I was very comfortable with that. He did not push me to get anything that I did not want. It was a lot of work because they had to climb all over the attic and all kinds of things, but the price was very reasonable; it was a little bit less than what I was anticipating it to be. They were as prompt as they could be. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.
