Good value, good service, prompt, polite. Most importantly, the extermination was successful.

I continued using the service previously set by the prior owners of my home. While there were some billing challenges to start with I am happy with the service and I haven't seen so much as an ant in my house since we've lived here.

They are always on time (sometimes early!) and provide timely reminders for future scheduling. Employees are friendly.

Service is working as expected.. no bugs!

Since calling them for an infestation of ants in a window frame, Pest Fog has always come when I need them and done the job. I've met 3 or 4 service men and they have all been on-time, professional and very polite. My house is on a slab and with Pest Fog's service I have only seen an occasional sliver fish?no spiders, or palmetto bugs or ants in the house. They also check the attic and have advised me about ways to keep mice/rats out. There have never been signs of rodents. To me, the price per quarter, $65.49 is well spent.

I have used Pest Fog for 12 years for routine pest control and have found them to be EXCELLENT every time. They call when service is due (and continue to call until they reach me--which I really appreciate). The service person (Robert in my case) arrives on-time, with a great attitude, and greets my dog and cat by name. I have NO problems with pests. I LOVE this company and would refer them to the most discriminating friend.
