Mr. Sweringan signed me up for a one-year maintenance service contract for 1 April check for air conditioning and one October check for the heating system. He took my money ($180) never showed up in April for the spring check-up and changed his phone number. I see he moved to Texas and changed his company name. DO NOT USE HIM.

On time for appointment worked efficiently and was confident and did excellent work

Only have 3.5 for value for money but our compressor on our AC burned out and $2,500 seemed like a lot of money. But they replaced the blower, the plug and the wiring as well as the compressor l. I don t have any experience with the cost of parts and labor on AC repairs, and frankly the price could well be very reasonable . The man who repaired our unit was well qualified and efficient

Fantastic service and quick work to get my A/C up and running again. I put in a request for a quote on Home Advisor at 9:00pm and got a reply within 30 minutes. They came out the next day by 10:30 am and fixed the A/C unit in less than an hour. Highly recommend using this company!

Donnie provided professional, friendly service. He didn't try to up sale, which is the first time ever with an AC company. He even changed my air filters for me! I would definately use Air Doctor of the Carolinas' services again. Excellent customer service!

Donnie came with short notice. He was knowledgeable and took the time to make sure the ac was clean and working before he left. Most others would just charge the Freon and leave, he made sure the air is blowing in the 60’s before leaving. I would definitely recommend him

Air Doctor and the gentlemen Donny called me within minutes of filing my request to repair my AC and he was out here within an hour just like he said. He solved the problem and my AC was working within 30 mins of his arrival. A+ and highly recommended.

Donnie called us within 45 minutes of when we contacted him thru Home Advisor. He was exactly on time for our appt. He quickly diagnosed our problem, and replaced the bad part from stock in his truck. He was neat, well-mannered, and personable. He was the FIRST a/c repairman we ve ever had that didn t try to up-sell us or try to add unnecessary add-ons. We will definitely contact him if we have a future problem, and will spread his name through our neighborhood.

Donnie Swearingen and Air Doctor of the Carolinas are absolutely fantastic. They were the only company that replied quickly to our HomeAdvisor request and was willing to come out for an estimate on a Sunday at a reasonable price. He didn't have the part (motor) for our older A/C unit that day but he ordered it quickly and installed it today. With a nice tune up, our A/C unit is working great again! Donnie is fantastic. Very professional and courteous. He figured out the problem right away and told us we needed a new motor and other minor parts and labor, he didn't try to sell us on a complete new unit or other unnecessary services. We really appreciated that! We would HIGHLY recommend Donnie to anyone that asks!
