Super efficient and got the job done in 1 hour. Donnie was a pleasure to deal with and I can recommend him without hesitation.

They were called with no notice when our heating system wouldn't come on New Year's day and our regular guy could not be reached. Donnie was on site within an hour, took all of 5 minutes to diagnose the problem, and another 5 minutes to repair. On top of that he gave me an explanation of what the problem had been and what he had done to fix it. A week later the system is still running fine. The charge for all this magic was very reasonable. Donnie is the absolute best! A true professional. I asked him for a second option on some work that another company said could not be fix. He came within 30 mins even tho it was close to his closing time. He inspected my heating system and got it back in working order in less than 15 mins. He was even nice enough to help me get a partial refund from the first company I had worked with as they up charged me for a diagnosis and it was the wrong diagnosis. He gave me advice for maintaining my unit and spoke in a way I could understand all the maintenance talk and because I am a young woman living alone he spoke with my father on the phone as well to explain everything. He is super thorough and fast. An honest stand up person. Pricing is also extremely fair. I will def be working with him and his company in the future for yearly tune ups and any future repairs. The service technician from Air Doctor was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He communicated with me by phone, provided SAME DAY service and explained everything he did. He even told me what size tool to use when I access the furnace by myself. He followed up to see if everything was working properly after the furnace inspection. He navigated a tight crawl space too! I would definitely recommend this company!
