Donny, the owner arrived in less than an hour between of time I contacted him on the phone. Donny quickly access the situation immediately and told me what was needed to be done. Gave me a fair price took off 10% and had left us with the air running cool within less than an hour quick fast and professional.

After I requested a quote, I received a prompt follow up call. I scheduled an appointment for the next day. With my work schedule I was running about 45 min late. Donnie was extremely understanding and accommodated my service needs by coming back at the end of his day. (I thought I would have to go another night of misery). Donnie attentively listened as I explained what I was experiencing. He inspected my unit and informed me what was causing the malfunction. Donnie provided me a reasonable quote and completed the job in a timely manner. I am extremely pleased with the work performed and impressed with his level of personal commitment.Thank you!

Hired to just do a Spring tune-up on my A/C. Showed up on time, cleaned the coils, and inspected the unit for $84. What really impressed me is the tech told me everything looked just fine. In the past I've used a couple of the "big boys" who advertise all the time, and they always try to sell me something, or upgrade. They seem more like salesmen than technicians.

a speedy service! and he explained every item that needed a tune up and how it got that way. most of all, my ac works again!

Donnie was punctual, polite and professional. He checked the system components and discovered a low refrigerant charge. He also found a loose Schrader valve (possible source of the leak). He made the system right, recharged it and even checked my blower unit inside the house, all for a very reasonable price. I will definitely call Donnie Swearington for all my future HVAC needs.

After going through home advisor, Donnie from Air Doctor was very prompt with a phone call!! We needed our spring/summer preventive maintenance done! Donnie called before the appointment as he said he would and was waiting in my driveway for me .. He was very professional, courteous, and Reasonably priced! I will be using his services(Air Doctor) in the future!

After waiting over a week for another service company that never showed up I contacted Home Advisor. All Phase was listed as very highly rated. Donnie contacted me within minutes, came out the next morning and fixed the problem quickly.He even checked my other a/c and tightened some fittings at no extra charge. Will call him from now on. He also explained everything as he worked. Really professional and a good person. Plus he liked my jokes!

SUPER FAST RESPONSE!!! PROFESSIONAL & FRIENDLY I put in a service request through Home Advisor at 7:30pm and All-Phase Heating and Cooling called me within 10 minutes to schedule service. They came out first thing in the morning and FIXED A/C UNIT IN A JIFFY! Excellent Service, and Very Reasonable Prices!
