He came out on a holiday weekend - when you couldn t even get a callback from any other place. He got us patched up & cooled until we could get our home warranty company to come out(took the home warranty a week to send someone.) Thank you Donnie and Air Dr! We will be using you exclusively after our warranty ends for all our HVAC needs.

Great customer service and he provided solutions.

He was on time and my A/C was not working at all. He checked the unit outside and realized it needed to be reset. He checked the Freon and said it was full. He charged me for a service call and nothing else. He was so honest, I cannot say enough. Highly recommend his work and honestly.

Technition was professional, courteous & friendly. I did not know I had a problem until he opened the unit. He quickly found the problem, showed it to me. Gave me a quote & then fixed it. He was at my house right at an hour. I will continue use to use this company & highly recommend it.
