I called Ms. Martinez and we met at the property so I could show her in detail exactly what I wanted done. She is a very good listener and understood exactly what I wanted done. Her brother Alfonso and her son Ray were also there to hear my requirements because they would be helping her with the work. I also gave her a detailed checklist of what I wanted done. We agreed on a price for the work which I thought was very fair. We also agreed that the job would be completed by the end of the day on Friday, October 31, 2014. Because there a lot of personal property located throughout the equipment barn, workshop areas, garages, etc.; we understood it would be challenging and take a few days to complete the clean-up. The following day they started the job, and at the end of each day I would just drop by to check on the status of the job. Rebecca also did a good job of calling me if they had any questions about throwing out something or how I wanted something arranged, and so forth. Because it was a big task, they worked late into the night to make sure they completed the job on time for me. She called me when she was finished so I could see what she had done and approve it. I was delighted at the work she did, and I paid her. For property clean-outs and home cleaning, I would definitely use her again.
