The service person was prompt and efficient. I was particularly impressed with the firm's use of IPADs to create estimates and invoices and to handle credit card billing.

Plumber explain what needed to be done. Fixed water leak at main service at  house tee. Suggested  an outdoor shutoff valve as other valve had rusted. Work was perform quickly and expertly.

This was an old faucet and it took a while to replace.  After shutting off the water  he repaced the faucet and shutoff valve and sink stopper.The regular plumber for Water Street had an emergency and was unavailable until Saturday which was time and a half through Monday. This was a quasi emergency as the fauce was loose and the washer was unable to completely stop the flow of water.I was at home so I checked Angie's list for plumbers and gave my wife who was at the shop a list of ones with higher ratings. Ocean Plumbing was available right away so we took a chance on this plumbing company. I give them kudo's for their availabilityy but this is the MOST We've paid a plumber for such a small job. When I received the copy of the bill online, I had no problem with the quality of work, which I checked the next morning. He was professional but the price was a bit much. The itemized part and labor were lumped together in one price! They should have separated the part from labor. To add insult to injury, they charged a $10 fuel charge. My wife said he was cordial and friendly.  He gave a good price on the cost of a sink, but i told my wife that we were closing next July and that was not necessary. She agreed. We are both seniors and have owned and operated this business for over 25 years.

Technician was friendly and helpful.  He stayed in communication with the property manager at  the rental unit. keeping her up to date.  Will do business with this company again.

The only problem I have with them is that they said that they were going to email me a receipt and never did it.  They are also a little pricey but the work is great and they were here on time.  I'll work with them again in the future.

Called on Monday and they came out on Tuesday morning. Very pleased with how we determined what needed to be done.

James (nice guy) told me the power switch to my garbage disposal was bad. Total time to diagnose = less than 15 minutes. Billed $95.00 for that information. Seems a bit excessive on the price, just to be told what the problem was. I'm off to the hardware store now to buy a new outlet, to fix the problem.

This guy James was Great.  I am in the middle of remodling an old house for my mother and have run into many immediate needs that had to be addressed right aware.  He came right out, even earlier than he said he could. He did all the work I ask for and even offered a few ideas of ways to address future concerns.  They worked with me on price because I was already doing some of the cosmetic work around the areas he was working. I am definitly referring all my friends and family to him. He's Local, Fast, and offers a Fair Price.

The repairs where done very well and the lawn is back to normal. Would recommend James to anyone for prompt good service.  Our son was very pleased with James work and we plan to keep him on our plumbing needs list.

Arrived on time.  Completed replacing two outside hose bibs and garage disposal in the kitchen.  Overall time for the services was just a little over an hour.

We were very pleased.  I don’t think he is cheap by any means but I think he is fair.  He was very efficient and I have never had a plumber meet me at the front door putting booties on his feet; I was very impressed with that.  We had an additional problem so he was under the house trying to figure out what the problem was.  I would use him again for sure.  I definitely recommend him to others.  He gave me bids for future work and he was understanding about the fact that we'll need to wait awhile before we start any more work.  He gave us some options and it was nice to see someone with his work ethic.

The gentlemen arrived exactly when they said they would.  Looked at the problem and quoted me a price then got to work.   They repaired a gas leak from a pipe going into my home.  They did need to leave to get some parts but were back within 30 minutes.  When he was finished, he told me to be sure and call the city gas dept. right away to come and inspect the work and relight the pilots in the house.  I was very pleased with the work and the manner in which it was carried out.

The experience went very well.  I will use him again (but hopefully i wont have to!) and reccomend him to friends and co-workers.

James recommended a tankless water heater after I asked how they work. I researched types of water heaters and decided to go with a 50 gal. gas tank model. Research online and decide what's best for you.

No one showed up and no one called. When I called the office the following day, I got an answering machine.

He came out as agreed and called before arriving within a day or so of my calling. He was a real gentleman , and listened to my concerns and thoughts , and advised me that he could resolve my problem of the hot water temperature and could do the work while he was here and gave me a quote as to the cost. He proceeded to do the work, and showed me what he was doing in the process... explained exactley what / how he was fixing the problem on both showers. After he completed the work he tested both showers for me and had me confirm the temperature in both. He was a joy to have in my home and I would recommend him for other families and will call him in the future for any future plumbing needs I may have.
