Description of Work: I was looking for an estimate for reroute in my existing home on North Padre Island. Just like the website says I saw the truck their logo on it in my neighborhood. Engage the gentleman in the truck and he told me to call and talk to someone at the office. When I called someone at the office they told me they only do new construction. The website clearly states otherwise and the gentleman in the truck stated otherwise. If you don't want to work maybe you should just go home

Description of Work: Called Friday morning. The earliest available was the following Tuesday.Two plumbers showed up on time. Replaced flexible water tubing on water heater. Charged $86/hour. It took 15 minutes.Bill was around $100. They did not drain the water accumulated under water heater tank.

Description of Work: My Dad's Plumbing did an outstanding job. They responded quickly installed a kitchen Sink with all required plumbing. They also relocated the toilet drain installed the toilet,bathroom sink, and repaired a busted patio faucet. Shawn and crew did a great job at a fair price.

Description of Work: They replaced all plumbing in my bathroom. I have not had any problems since.Believe me someone had already done it. It never worked. It was big relieve. I kept their num ber in my contacts. They are my permanent plumbing team that I will be using whenever I have plumbing problems.

Description of Work: A pipe brust under the house and the were the only one of the only ones that could come and came promtly. I have a special needs son and they were so helpful and took care of everything in two hrs. before I even needed to pick him up from school. They were awesome.

 + -1 moreI have found a plumber that I will definitely call again when the need arises. He is wonderful! I had a broken water line that was near the meter and ran under the sidewalk. When I called My Dad's Plumber, he gave me a rough estimate over the phone and worked his schedule so that he could service me as soon as possible. He called me at work to tell me that something else also needed to be repaired. When I arrived home and saw my bill, I was shocked to see that it was even less than he had told me on the phone for the original problem. I also appreciated the manner in which he spoke so nicely to me without talking down to me and the fact that his rates were so reasonable.

Description of Work: We had them hook up a toilet and sink that went to a bathroom that had been disconnected by the previous owner. They had to dig under foundation and rerouted from two sides of the house.

 + -1 moreMy experience with them was great. It was a hard job fixing my attic but it made it happen. My attic is really difficult to get through but they figured it out and made it happen. Every time I have to do anything in my attic it is a problem.

He ran into some problems but he quoted me a price and he stayed with it which was impressive. He seems honest and like he tries to be fair. I would consider him again.
