Dry Cleaning Service
When I went to pick up the order, the clerk informed me that I owed an additional $14 because the first clerk had forgotten to count the two valences to be laundered. When I hung the dry cleaned drapes, I discovered that the length had shrunk between 4 and 6 inches. The pressing job had left jagged creases in the drapes. The drapes in the breakfast room were shrunk to the point that the white liner hung out on the sides and bottoms about 4 inches. I cannot keep these drapes; I will have to purchase new ones. One panel even had a hole torn in it. I spent approximately $210 and 8 days of waiting for a totally unacceptable job. I will never take anything again to J. R. Viola's Cleaners, especially drapes and curtains.
