"We met with Mr. [Member Name Removed] a week after he initially contacted us regarding repairing substandard work performed by other contractors. His proposal was sent out on Wednesday, October 28th, 2 weeks after our initial meeting. We apologized for the delay and Mr. [Member Name Removed] thanked us via email on the same day he received the quote and said he would review but had a few questions about what was included in the itemization. The following day on October 29th, Mr. [Member Name Removed] texted us mentioning that there were items that were not included in the quote. Mr. [Member Name Removed] was contacted that Friday and was left a voicemail to address his questions but got no response. He again contacted us the following Monday, November 2nd and mentioned that the quote was incomplete. We spoke to to Mr. [Member Name Removed] and asked if he could forward a list of items that he mentioned we missed to include in the updated quote and let him now that we were extremely busy but we would contact him for a follow-up visit. Mr. [Member Name Removed] did not respond to the request nor did we hear back from him until he expressed his dissatisfaction with our process and we offered another visit subsequent to our initial contact to address the items he wanted to include in the quote. We regret any confusion. He texted us back on, November 22nd, letting us know that at this juncture he was leery of any further processes with any contractor due to his history and experiences with other contractor(s) he hired that left him with substandard and unfinished work before contacting us in the first place to rectify and finish the incomplete work. Mr. [Member Name Removed] never has been an INNOVO client but was previously quoted a kitchen remodel about 6 years ago which he never agreed to."

"Much Confusion from this Prospective Client-We met with the client the week after she contacted us. Due to the Thanksgiving holiday it took 2 weeks to get the proposal prepared and sent to the client. We met with the client at her request on December 16th to go over the proposal. At this meeting, she told us she had selected and reserved a counter top material that was on “Special” at $10/sq.ft. through December 24th at a Vendor that we do not use. We reached out to the vendor and they had never heard of the client and stated that they don’t quote pricing to anyone who is not a fabricator or contractor and that that price was too low regardless. We in turn reached out to the client an informed her of the response from the vendor. She said she was out of town now, but that she would contact them and get back to us. We heard back from this client on December 30th regarding her proposal which was in limbo waiting on pricing for the counter top material. She informed us to send the proposal without the “Special” Counter top pricing. We sent the updated proposal to her on the next Business Day, January 2nd. She subsequently posted this review. As to pressuring her to sign a contract, at our second meeting We informed her we were booked for new kitchens for January but that if she was not opposed to us starting over the holidays, we could get her started prior during the Christmas holiday. She stated that was feasible. We regret the confusion and delays in getting this client a proposal for her kitchen but there was much too confusion coupled with the holidays for this complaint to be valid."
