Affordable Backflow Valve Inspections, Pllc

I needed to have my Backflow prevention assembly (BPA) inspected. The previous company that inspected my BPA wasn't doing the inspections anymore. Angie's List recommended Affordable Backflow Valve Inspections, PLLC. ABI. I called ABI, spoke with Johann on 2/15/2016. I told him I needed my BFA inspected but I wasn't in town and wouldn't be in town until 2/18/16. I asked him if he was available on 2/19/2016. Johann said he was in my area and would be able to do the inspection and leave me the invoice on my door. I told him that would be great. I did arrive today 2/18/2016 and found the invoice. Johann stated he replaced the shut off handle and didn't charge me for it!

I needed to find another backflow tester after my previous one quit doing the inspections.  Johann arrived exactly when he said he would and was friendly and reasonable.  The whole job only took about fifteen minutes, and he filed all the required paperwork with the city for me.  I will absolutely hire him again hext year for the job.

He did the job when he said that he would and he filed the necessary paperwork in Port Aransas which was very convenient for me.

I called Johann after receiving a notice from the city about needing to have my backflow valve inspected and reading the reviews on Angie's list.  I called him and left a message about needing to have the inspection done.  He called back later that day and said he would be happy to come out the very next day to do the inspection.  Since I work, he said he would come by and complete the work, leave an invoice on my door, and file all of the paperwork for the certificate for me and that I could just mail him a check.  The next day the inspection was completed as promised and the invoice on my door.  I would highly recommend Johann for anyone needing a backflow valve inspection.

We had recently purchased a home in a new city and were not aware of the requirement for testing the backflow system on the installed irrigation system. We received the notification from the city just a few days before the deadline for the testing. The notification letter had been sent to the previous owner and was delayed in forwarding. 
Johann responded promptly to our call and was able to quickly work us into his schedule. He arrived on time and answered all our questions about the test and the city's requirements. He completed the inspection in about 15 minutes and filed all the paperwork with the city for us. All we had to do was write him a check. It was a very pleasant experience and we will call him again for the yearly inspection.

Great service!  I had to leave town unexpectedly and needed to have the inspection done asap as the due date would fall while I was gone.  They came while I was gone, performed the inspection, completed the form necessary to return to the municipal clerk, and even hand delivered the form for me so I would meet the completion date.  Didn't think I'd ever see anyone be that courteous anymore!

I received a letter from the city stating that I had to have the backflow system tested on my residential lawn irrigation system. I called Affordable Backflow in the morning and the inspector came out that afternoon. The inspection took around 15 minutes. The inspector charged me $65.00 ($45 for the inspection and $20 for the city filing fee). Other companies wanted around $100.
