Our salesman, Paul Baker, was very responsive and helpful with our needs.  They did not pressure sale or make us feel obligated to go with them either time we replaced our roof.
We have replaced the roof twice in two years due to major hail storms in the Coppell area.  Paul worked with our insurance company to insure all needed material was replaced.
I will definitely go with Paul and CLC when the need arises to replace my roof again.

As soon as we made contact with CLC Roofing we had a dedicated rep set up a time to stop by the house and assess the damage.  They thoroughly walked us through the damage and our options.  Then, we were able to pick out our new roof shingles.  After several months of hassling with our mortgage insurance, we finally were approved to get CLC Roofing to start the work.  They were quick and responsive to all of our requests, and finished the job in a matter of days with no hiccups.

CLC Roofing Sales Associate and Rroofing  Consultant Brandon Dowlearn spent a lot of time to explain all details of the replacement process, showed me all the materials I could choose from, warranties that applied and was also extremely helpfull in the negotiations with the Travellers Insurance Appraiser. During the replacement process he showed up several times to review the work and consult with his very capable foreman Randy. Both men assured a flawless roof replacement procedure. After the work was finished the jobsite was thoroughly cleaned. I never found a single nail that was left behind.A day after job completion Brandon showed up to inspect the new gutters who were installed by another company.

1. We had our home built in 2003 and have had a small leak near the chimney that started 6 months after the house was built. The builder came out twice to fix it and could never get it fixed permanently, Later, we we added on to th house in 2008 and the new contractor took a crack at the small leak and still it would not stop. My first exposure to CLC was in 2010 with yet another attempt to stop that leak. CLC could do what the other professionals couldn't. At that point, I knew I had found someone who really knows what they do better than others. 2. After a heavy Hail storm, our whole neighborhood needed new roofs. I knew just the company to call. These guys were fast, courteous and responsive. They had the old roof off in one day and the new roof back on the next two days on our 4000 sq/ft house. I had heard horror stories about other roofers from neighbors about debris, damage and piles of nails left in their yard. With CLC we had none of that and they even came back a few times to check to make sure we were happy and had no questions. Later, we called because some mortar above a window had fallen out because of the previous pounding... they were back within hours to have it patched up and looking like new. The recommended Solar Attic Vents have been wonderful. Our second floor would never get below 76 degrees before and now it is as cool as the rest of the house. Our summer electricity use is down about 20% so they will pay for themselves in the first summer. We were comforted to know that CLC is locally owned and operated so you know they stand by their work.... and the they definitely do.

Super roofing company, family owned by Chad Cross. This is not some guy in a truck chasing hail storms. His crew and foremen are professional people that know what they're doing. Part I liked best was that it took ONE day and they cleaned up everything!

From the storm to the repair, they were very responsive and easy to deal with.  The roof was put on quickly and while we were out of town and done very professionally and quickly.  Love the color of the roof.  It was a large job. They also worked with the insurance company and I did not have to.   I would use them again and highly recommend them.

CLC performed an initial inspection of the roof and said roof was damaged. I contacted our insurance company and they came out meet the on two occasions. We scheduled a time and they were on time and completed on the second day.

Excellent.  My new roof was installed on time, at the quoted price, and my home and landscaping look great.

This was our first time that we had to ask for service after being in a bad storm.  We were kinda scarred to because of the unknown.  So when we heard about CLC Roofing we decided to give them a try.  Sure enough when we called we immediately got a call to setup an appointment.  We were provided an excellent person.  Joe Hernandez was very patient and was very good at explaining our options and what needed to be fixed.  He fought with the insurance company to make sure that we did not get ripped off.  Joe was very helpful and did not let the insurance estimator to take advantage of us.  He was there when the roof was being done and was there after all the work was done.  Joe made sure that our family was happy with the work that was done.
This was the perfect work and help that we wish everyone would provide.  It makes one feel comfortable and relaxed knowing that there is someone out there to help and not try to rip you off.

Wow CLC Roofing was able to turn a stressfull situation into a smooth and easy home repair.   These guys were extremely professional and courteous to us throughout the process.   Finally a company that "underpromises" and "overdelivers"!   They worked directly with Allstate (which was awesome) and were able to get supplemental damage covered.   In my mind I expected the process to take months but took only a few weeks from start to finish.   My wife and I feel like our home built in 2001 is brand new again.   Since we had such a pleasant experience I've recommended CLC Roofing to several friends and neighbors. 

When I contacted CLC Roofing to get a quote on a new roof my call was returned promptly.  Randy Jenkins was very patient and took time to answer all of my questions.  They were able to schedule the roof replacement at a time that was convenient for me.  The crew members who were working on the house arrived on time an were very professional.  Leo supervised the job.  He made sure that everything was ready to go in the morning and stopped by several times during the day to check on progress.  Randy stopped by as well during the day to see if I had any additional questions.  They did a great job getting the yard cleaned up.I am very satisfied with the job CLC did and would recommend them to my friends.

The insurance company reviewed the submitted photos and written review of my roof and agreed that the best course of actions was to replace the entire roof.  This would not have happened without Chad's input.  It was installed on time and the next day there was no trace of the repair.  The work area wasjust as clean as when they started.  Chad gets my highest recommendation.

After golf-ball size hail damaged our roof in April, we contacted about a dozen roofing companies for repair estimates.  I know, I know, a dozen seems like a lot, but, you can?t be too careful ? right?    We chose CLC Roofing because they were by far the most knowledgeable and professional during  the bidding process.  They are a local company, not one that just got into the roofing business after the hailstorm hit.  
And, our research paid off ? BIG TIME!      Randy & Brandon of CLC used their expertise to advocate for us with the insurance company.  They were able  to point out deficiencies in the adjuster?s original estimate and maximize the reimbursement amount for repair.   They scheduled our work as soon as possible, showed up when they said they would, quickly completed work in the time frame given and when all was said and done you?d never even know work crews had been at the house.   
CLC  did fantastic work -- our  new roof, gutters and skylight look great.  We recommend  CLC  to neighbors and friends (especially the picky ones) because we know they?ll be as impressed with them as we were.  How often can you say that these days?

This was our second time to use CLC.  Scott Benzman was excellent to work with.  He went over and above to make sure that our attic ventilation efficiency was maximized.  His team was professional and very tidy.  We had a complete unrelated water leak in our attic that he found when a plumber could not.  We are completely satisfied with the work and we will certainly use CLC roofing again if the need arises.

CLC did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them.  They provided a complete inspection of roof damages caused by storm, estimated the replacement costs, consulted us on the specifics of the job, and then completed the roof replacement.  The owner, Chad, was personally involved and his staff/project management team were exceptional.  The office staff was also very courteous and professional throughout the process.  I would definitely use them again if I incur roof damage in the future. 

CLC was fantastic!  They showed up as promised, completed the work quickly, and left our yard clean.  We were very pleased with the quality of work and would definitely recommend CLC to anyone needing a new roof.  They worked seamlessly with our insurance company and made the whole process very easy.

I have been through several roofers in the last 7 years with all the storm activity and was prepared to have to supervise every move to make sure work was done correctly and completely finished off. I was considering going with a smaller, less expensive company, but was leery because of the lack of references, and some of the issues I had experienced in the past. Then I noticed my next door neighbors roof going up and looking spectacular. little details I hadn't seen anyone get before like stronger gutters, and customized chimney caps really made the job look good. Most importantly I noticed the company's supervisors were there constantly checking out the work and how well everything was cleaned up. I got a bid and although it wasn't the lowest price, it was fair and I wanted my roof to look as great as my neighbors so i went with CLC. Throughout the job the foreman and company reps were there making sure all was well. The job looks terrific and the paint and gutter work looks the best it has since I have been here. Very happy with CLC, what makes them different in my opinion is they supervised their crews carefully and if a detail wasn't quite right they had them redo it. I could trust completely that all the work was being checked over. The supervisor, Leo, was one of the most helpful and trustworthy I have ever met in my 25 years as a homeowner. He went the extra mile on every single thing I wanted him to do.

We  had an exceptional experience with CLC Roofing.  They were referred to me by a couple of people that I work with who had both used CLC for roof replacements.  The sales rep Randy Jenkins was amazing.  He was so helpful!   He immediately answered any questions we had, and went over the insurance report with us to make sure we understood everything clearly.  He made sure to keep our out of pocket expenses minimal on the upgrades we chose to get, and all of the workers he sent for repairs were very professional and did an excellent job.  We feel very blessed and fortunate that we chose CLC Roofing because they did an outstanding job on everything.

We love CLC, especially the team of Brandon and Randy!  We have worked with them for two roof replacements due to two hail storms.  We  referred them to all of our friends who had hail damage in the last storm, and they are now also big fans.  Very responsive, they give you all the time you need to ask questions and figure everything out, they work with your insurance company to make the most of your payments, etc.  Because they are general contractors too, they have a really great set of subcontractors for things like painting and AC repairs.

CLC has been very easy to work with.  From the president, the inspector, the office staff - everyone has been courteous, and professional.They kept me up to date through out the process, explaining the steps.The crew replacing the roof was polite and the  cleanup was better than I expected.Great service

The owner, Chad Cross, personally walked my roof with the claims adjuster and maximized the amount of claim paid by my insurance.  They responded quickly and scheduled my work which was completed in two days.  They sent a gutter repairman out to repair damage and even reworked some of my gutters to provided better drainage. They handled inside work from water that leaked into interior ceilings including repairing damage and repainting.  All work was completed on time and at the agreed upon price......no surprises or upcharges!!!  His crews were fast and clean-up was complete with minimal residual pickup (nails scraps etc).  CLC used high quality materials, replacing my roof with hail resistant shingles which have already survived another storm.  They replaced my attic fans with solar powered fans saving me utility costs and creating a tax credit.  This company did what they said they would do without conflict or intervention from me.  Chad and his superintendent kept me informed of the schedule and let me know exactly what would happen and when and what to expect while his crew was at my home.  Very satisfied with his work and have recommended him to many friends and neighbors

Chad Cross was amazing.  His crews were timely and clean.  They completed the work quickly and were very thorough with the details even down to getting the nails and small trash picked up in my yard.  They were professional at all times.  It's not every day that the owner of the company personally gets involved in the day to day service with such a large company.  Chad did just that.  I am grateful for CLC, the work performed and the products used.  In todays culture of construction one usually has to ask to be customer served!  Not the case with Chad and CLC roofing.  They even blew in some insulation for me and reduced my electric bills by HALF!  Thanks for the suggestion Chad!    DYNOMITE!!!  Thanks Guys.

The overall process was a long one but I had anticipated this due to me wanting tiles that were not able to be located in Texas.  My salesman RandyJenkins was patient and eventually found tiles that I liked.  We had to have decking added to our house because the codes have changed since our original roof was installed.   This was all done in a timely manner and the workers were very competent, friendly and cleaned up after themselves.  I would recommend using CLC for your roofing needs
