The job went very well overall as they were done in one day, but if you work from home as I do, it would probably be best to leave the house for the day due to the noise level of the folks walking around on the roof.  They also cleaned up very well in our front yard and our driveway to make sure there were no nails or trash left behind.

Our area was hit by a hail storm last spring that completely demolished our roof.  I called Aaron at CLC, who promptly responded to our needs.  Throughout the entire process of replacing our roof, Aaron was courteous, helpful, informative, patient, and just a pleasure to deal with.  I couldn't have asked for a better representative.  
The replacement roof was an upgrade from our previous roof and looks spectacular, we are loving it!

Daniel Luza stopped by and inspected our roof after a hail storm at the end of April 2012.  After reviewing the damage with CLC, we opted to have CLC do the work because of their good reputation in the Coppell area.
The entire roof was in need of replacement, they scheduled with us as soon as possible and in two days the roof was completed.  In addition, the gutters were replaced and they are fantastic!

I was looking for local roofing contractors and found CLC Roofing.
They had excellent references so I requested a quote.
The same day two sales representatives came to my house and went through every detail regarding the work they would perform, including samples of the exact materials that they would be using.  Very professional - both dressed in CLC Roofing attire and a nice pickup truck detailed with CLC Roofing stickers etc.  I knew right away I was dealing with professionals.  Randy and Braydon both proved my assumption.
The job was somewhat difficult as my roof is quite steep with many peaks and valleys.
The materials arrived 2 days after we came to an agreement and work began the following morning promptly at 7:00 am as promised.  The jobs manager Leo went over the details again and said dont worry the A team is here.
I agree the A team definately worked on my roof. The crew cheif and crew were very courteous and to the point - they just got to work.
It took two days (again...difficult roof) but by 5:00pm the next day, they were finished and cleaned up.  Done.  Very impressive.
I received a follow up visit by Leo who inspected the job.  
This was last night so I am still awaiting Facia painting and new gutters which will probably be tomorrow.
Roof looks fantastic with the Z Ridge Line.

Brandon and CLC Roofing have been an outstanding company to work with and along with providing quality products and service, they have also been a great liason to have with our insurance company.

Overall I am very pleased with the service and quality of work CLC Roofing provided.  I will call them again if I need roof work in the future.

Randy and Brandon represented CLC Roofing during our roof replacement, required due to the Coppell area hail storm on April 2012.  They operated with professionalism and integrity throughout the process.  They delivered on their promises.  Randy and Brandon did a good job of explaining the process and helped us navigate through the insurance adjustment process, making the entire process much less painful for us.  We appreciated that CLC specializes in roofing, the owner lives in Coppell, and they have been in business for over 10 years. 

Our foreman on the project was Leo.  He made sure the crew adhered to the schedule without rushing to complete the work.  By bringing a large crew to the project, CLC was able to finish the project quickly, which we appreciated.  They did a great job of keeping debris out of the pool, and while we did have some minor plant damage, they were quick to provide a complete credit for the cost to replace the plants.  Leo also jumped in and helped repair some rotted fascia board discovered when the gutters were removed. 

Leo did a great job of communicating with us so that we knew what was going on throughout the work.  He kept the crew engaged and energized, and delivered on the promises that Randy and Brandon had made to us.  We did have a few minor follow up issues, and Leo kept right on top of each of them until they were dealt with to our satisfaction.  No excuses, just got the problems fixed and made us happy.  We were very pleased with the job Leo did and would be thrilled to have him back on a future project. 

Assuming that the passing of time proves out the quality of the installation we believe we have received, we would be quick to call Randy and Brandon at CLC Roofing for our future roofing needs.

We contacted them and they responded promptly and professionally as opposed to one of the other bidders.  Liked that they were local and we were able to check out recommendations.  Crews were at the house when expected and the roof work was finished in two days.  Gutters were installed quickly.  There was no inconvenience to us plus they cleaned up completely - even using magnets to find any stray roofing nails in the lawn and bushes.

Overall experience working with all parties from CLC was tremendous.  Upon our initial call, CLC within 24 hours sent out their representative Brad.  He performed a very complete and detailed review of our roof, AC unit, fencing, and actually everything around the house that could have possibly received damage and pointed such items out to us.  Brad provided us a very comprehensive quote as to what would be needed to replace our roof and went over the quote line item by line item.  Upon turning this over to our insurance agent and having their claims adjuster schedule time at our house to review the same damages, CLC's representative Brad was once again here on site to work with the adjuster on our behalf.  Insurance approved all outlined work to be completed.  Brad then acted as the project manager and field manager during the time the work was actually performed.  Upon completion of the work, he performed a detailed walk thru with us to ensure we were satisfied with the work.  In additon to getting us a very impressive and professional job on our new roof, Brad was instrumental in having the insurance company approve the upgrade to a class 4 impact resistant roofing material.  We couldn't be happier with the overall experience and the professionalism shown by Brad and CLC.

CLC was very professional, trustworthy, and punctual from beginning to end.  Our CLC Manager, Greg, was very knowledgeable and focused on customer service.  He clearly explained the technical and complex aspects of the project and outlined the many options and pros & cons of each.  He was also flexible in developing a project plan that met all our needs.
A CLC project foreman kept a careful eye on the progress and quality of the work throughout the project and kept us fully informed.
After the project, Greg helped us coordinate with our insurance company, but not without us understanding every step and providing complete documentation from beginning to end.
We're very happy with CLC and will use them again, when/if the need arises.

James met with us several times and was very professional  as he assisted us in making choices for colors and types of shingles. The work was completed over 2 days.  There were no difficulties and CLC coordinated with the painters in an efficient manner.

DID NOT CHECK THE FURNACE EXHAUST AND THEREFORE WAS NOT ATTACHED POSING EXTREME HAZARD FOR CARBON MONOXIDE. A/C REPAIR FOUND IT 2 MONTHS LATER. FORTUNATELY WAS IN 2 ROOMS NOT USED AND DANGER WAS AVOIDED.
DID A TERRIBLE JOB ON FENCE PAINTING INCLUDING WRONG COLOR, WRONG TYPE AND SLOPPY. HAD TO PAY ANOTHER PARTY TO REPAINT.
MORE RECENTLY, ONE YEAR LATER, WARRANTY WORK WAS FIXED TIMELY. I LEARNED THAT THE FORMER SALES PERSON WAS NOT THERE WHICH EXPLAINS THE POOR SERVICE INITIALLY.
I WOULD USE AGAIN FOR WARRANTY WORK BUT WOULD WAN THE OWNER TO BE INVOLVED.

A friend of mine referred me to Randy Jenkins at CLC Roofing - as we had a bad hail storm on a Friday night and on Saturday morning the roofers were already going door to door.  I'd never made a house insurance claim before or had a new roof put on, but knew there were A TON of roofers who take advantage of folks.
CLC is located in Coppell, so local owned and operated and stable -- been in business about 13 years.
I called Randy and came to my house and explained the entire process to me, helped pick out a good shingle color.  Everything happened just as he said.  He called and kept me up to date on everything.   What a great experience and quality work.   Leo and the work crew showed up at 7:00 am and they were finished at 3:30.

     The early spring hailstorm left our roof and gutter system ruined.  Skylights also broke and left broken plastic, debris, and water in our living room and bathroom.  Needless to say we were beseiged with offers from roofing companies but wanted to work with CLC roofing because my husband was acquainted with members of the company several years ago.  I never regretted that choice.  Scott Benzman oversaw our work and from the beginning was extremely informative and patient as we worked through the insurance process.  In fact, in several instances Scott was the one who facilitated dialogue with our insurance company.  When the adjuster wanted to make a second visit to our home, Scott made himself available at any time to meet with him.  When I struggled to decide on a shingle color, Scott offered to ride with me around the neighborhood to find a color I liked.  Whenever I had a question, I would e-mail or call Scott and he always got back to me quickly.  In short, customer service was excellent.
     In addition, the roof, gutters, and new vents look beautiful.  I never thought I could get excited over a roof, but I love the look and feel the craftsmanship was good.
     Both the guttering crew and roofing crew took care of our landscaping and cleaned up well after themselves. (My only complaint was some cigarette butts left behind in the grass by the roofing crew.)
     CLC Roofing (and Scott Benzman) saw to it that our insurance dollars stretched as far as possible and I highly recommend them for their professionalism and work.

After the hail-storm in April 2012, on recommendation from my friend (instead of accepting 'offers' from the door-knocking-roofers), I contacted locally established CLC ROOFING INC. who was quick enough to depute Mr. Paul Baker for evaluation of the damage.  Myself being ignorant of the procedures and precautions, I have relied on Paul Baker who guided me of various formalities to be followed with my Insurance Company and Coppell City.  Upon my agreement, he immediately arranged for 'emergency repairs' of tarping the roof-holes so that further rain-leak and damage can be avoided.  I didn't have to wait longer days for his crew to start the work.  After removing the shingles, they discovered hidden damages to the plywood-decking which was missed by the Insurance Adjuster.  Mr. Paul discussed with my Insurance Company to get additional approval of such various overlooked damages on the roof and other hail-related damages, and also got approval to upgrade the materials used for the roofing.  Mr. Paul Baker's team was very courteous and professional which was evident from the way they took care of my yard, plants/shrubs and thorough cleaning of debris and nails.  I haved had no reason to worry about any incomplete work as Paul Baker was meticulously thorough of his responsibilities.  I highly recommend Mr. Paul Baker of CLC Roofing Inc. to anyone who need such a 'quality professional work'.

After enduring relentless, unprofessional cold calls (23 in total), we contacted CLC Roofing Inc., as they had done work on our roof several years ago.  We were called back within 48 hours by service manager Joe Hernandez.  He came over and completed an estimate and survey of our damage, and located a number of items that our insurance adjuster had missed.  We gave the go ahead for CLC to get started on our roof.  Even though it was a busy time for CLC, they were prompt, courteous and professional.  Joe worked closely with our insurance adjuster to ensure there would be no approval issues.  Once the roof was torn down, Joe's team discovered significant hidden damage that was missed entirely by our examiner.  Joe took the lead in contacting our insurance company and he was able to successfully demonstrate to them that the damage was clearly hail related.  Approvals were forwarded, and our roof repair was completed.  When all repairs were completed, they promptly cleaned up all materials. I highly recommend CLC Roofing.

CLC gave the estimate for roof and gutter replacement in a timely and efficient manner, explaining every step.  They assisted with the claim process through my bank.  They promptly scheduled work once insurance payment was received and were appropriately communicative when weather created a delay.  Their crew was efficient and courteous, cleaning up after the job conscientiously.  Overall, I was very pleased with the process.

Chad Cross, from CLC Roofing, is very professional and I appreciate him coming to my home to meet with the Insurance Adjustor's and answering any questions they may have regarding my roof. I know I can trust Chad to home roofing needs. The roofing crew did a great job on the roof and it began and was completed as promised with no delays. I have recommended CLC Roofing and Chad, specifically, to many friends and family members. 

Chad and his team went above and beyond what we have experienced with past companies we have worked with.  It  was refreshing to see a company take such personal interests in helping our family out.  Not only did they replace our roof w/in 2 days.  Chad also coordinated the effort to have our house repaired after our home caught on fire and flooded due to a lightning strike.  Hands down CLC is the best in the business!

Great, no problems, we were completely satisfied.

The process was straight forward. Crew showed up early and let us know they where about to start. They where at it all day and it took them until 7:00pm or so to finish the same day. We really appreciated the time they took to look for stray nails in the back yard where the kids play. After the roof was done, the gutter crew showed up on time and had our gutters up in no time. They look great! overall very smooth process.

Paul Baker is the sales representative that called on us.  We got three estimates; we didn't necessarily select CLC because of price.  The pricing seemed to be about the same, we made our selection because we were comfortable with Paul.  The first time around he was very patient with us in making our color and type of roofing selection.  As well with the guttering he gave us guidance and assistance to choose the type that was best for our needs.  He is very thorough, he always follows through with what he says he will do.  He made us feel very comfortable, he is trustworthy and reliable.  The second time around he knew exactly what we wanted and got it ordered with minimal action on our part.  The actual roofers were respectful of our property and did an excellent job.  We will definitely use them in the future for our roofing needs.
