He told us that he would spray in a radiant barrier and we've heard that that's not the way to go with the radiant barrier, so we didn't have him do that. We were supposed to buy an ultraviolet light form him too, but he didn't follow-up on that and we ended up buying the light from another company. He was very personable and had a fabulous behavior, but we think that maybe he didn't have a good foothold on his new business.

I was out of town when my wife called to inform me that our heating system would not start.  We found Mike on Angie's list and he initially came out to do an assessment of the problem.  He was punctual and professional and explained to my wife that he would get back to us within 24 hours with an estimate for the repairs.  Mike offered some advice on using an electric space heater below the air return vent with the fan running to help circulate some warm air throughout the house.  After I received the estimate and agreed to the price, Mike arrived at our home within a 2 or 3 hours to replace the Hot Surface Ignition.  He was pleasant and explained what he was going to do, left the defective part with me and told me to contact him if there were any further problems.  The system worked fine for about 24 hours and then once again exhibited the same problem, it would not start.  It was Christmas Eve, but I called Mike and once again he arrived at our house within 2 or 3 hours and immediately went to work again.  He got the system working within 15 or 20 minutes.  He informed me that he was concerned that the Control Board for the system was damaged and that it would have to be replaced, but that all the parts suppliers were closing early due to the holiday.  Once again he told me to call him if in fact the system did stop working again.  The system worked for about 24 or 30 hours and then stopped on Christmas Day.  Mike was back at our house with the Control Board on December 26th and installed it within an hour.  The system began working immediately.  Mike did not charge us for any additional labor or service charges, just for the cost of the part.  Before he left he informed me that the only other part that could possibly be defective was the 2 stage gas valve that regulates the flow of natural gas to the furnace.  Mike also told me that he confirmed with the Dealer beforehand that the valve was still under warranty and if it had to be replaced it would be at no cost for the part.  Unbelievably, the system worked for about 18 hours and then stopped again.  I called Mike and just as before he was back at our house within a couple of hours.  This time he had to remove the valve, take it to the Dealer and then return to install the new part.  The system began working immediately and true to his word, there was no charge for the part AND Mike did not charge any additional labor, service charge or trip charge.  Throughout the entire process, which involoved 6 separate trips to our home, Mike was pleasant, courteous and professional.  I would recommend Mike, without hesitation,  to anyone who is in need of Heating or AC service.

I have a new home and had someone else install the 2 units in my home, they had to come and work on the units on a month. I work out of town so when I go home I want my house to be perfect, instead I had to get them out to my house to get the heat to work and every month during the summer to get the AC to work. I finally made it home on the 16th of march to find that both units had locked up.
I had met Mr.McCoy while working here in San Antonio Texas while he was on another job, so I contacted him to see if he would drive the 400 miles to where I live to put in new units. The price he gave was less than anyone I had contacted and were better units than the rest were giving me prices on.
My opinion is he is great at his job and I would recommend him to any one. As a matter of fact he is going to do my mothers new unit also. So he will be driving that 400 miles again to put hers in also.
And now when I home my house is perfect and I can enjoy being home.

I have a home warranty plan which referred me to Mike from Seven Services. He came out to diagnose my AC and ordered a new compressor. He said it would take a few days. I had to call multiple times to find out that he had the compressor for a week and hadn't called me. He replaced the compressor, but it did not fix the AC. I called him multiple times with no response. Finally called the warranty company and they couldn't find him either. They switched me to a different contractor.
