I was very impressed with Doug. He is always courteous, knows his business, and does a tremendous job.

Doug is a great guy. With my recent issue, he dropped everything he was doing (hunting on the other side of San Antonio) and came to resolve my issue. He works to make sure the customer is happy and also does not push any extra expenses on me. He is knowledgeable and trustworthy and I would highly recommend him.

Doug did repairs on our home the first time in 1997 and we still use Courtesy Air for all of our HVAC needs today. Our AC unit was not cooling the house and he came right over today. He will be replacing the unit, honoring a quote he gave me to do the job from almost a year ago. I know the price he will give me is fair, and that he will do excellent work. Doug is dependable, trustworthy, and I feel certain he will go the extra mile to do the best, most cost effective repair he can for us when it comes to AC. Richard is awesome too! I recommend Courtesy AC without hesitation.

Doug and Richard arrived at 8:30 a.m. The old A/C system was removed. The new system was unpackaged and installed. Testing of the new system began around 1:30 p.m. They were finished by 2:30 p.m. It took them about 6 hours to do the job.

We knew the guy who owns this company and think he did a great job. It took his workers about half the day to do the installation, and we've had no problems since. He came back after a few days to inspect their work.

My new air conditioner came with a five-year warranty and in the spring, we had some problems. The service man told us the lining was contaminated and the compressor would have to be replaced. I was very disappointed in the company when they would not honor my five-year warranty. We were told that there was a problem at the site and therefore the warranty did not cover the new compressor. The man was very rude that I spoke to on the phone and I still did not get anywhere s when I wrote a letter to the president of the company.

I have used Courtesy Air Conditioning and Heating for many years and they come twice a year to check my system. In November, they were here to do their check on our heating system before we started using the furnace. They also cleaned out the lines for us. The company is always very professional in their work and the service men are very easy to deal with. In the past, we had them replace a compressor for us, and we are always very pleased with their work.
